The restaurant is really beautiful, both the design and the food. The chef is very talented and makes a traditional dish exotic. A shaved brussel sprout salad was to die for ( crisped shredded leaves with edible flowers!). A very mundane chicken thighs dish was heavenly with marinated cucumbers and a dash of cilantro. The sea bass could have been divine, but the soy overpowered it a bit. The wait staff are very knowledgeable and that helps and made it more pleasant. I will go...
Honestly? There are not enough stars ⭐️ to tell you how amazing our Haven family is! From Jenna, to Maddie, to every person who treats us like family- I cannot imagine spending my birthday anywhere else. Thank you, for perhaps the 100th time, for making our evening so incredibly special. The food, the service, the vibe are all unmatched. Haven will always be our number one!
We go to Haven often because we seek innovative, good food. Chef Chad Johnson still has a role in the menu, but Chef de Cuisine Lynnessa “Chef Ness” Hughes now has taken the menu in delightful new directions. We come during happy hour 5-7pm for rotating small plates. This gives us the best of both options. Sometimes we stick mainly to happy hour options, but usually we mix in salads and mains from the regular menu. For this visit we split smoked goat fritters and roasted sunchokes...
