I was hesitant to post this because I don’t usually write reviews, but the way I saw the manager treating the employees really disgusted me. I have been here multiples times with my husband and I want to clarify that the service is always top tier, and the waitstaff is very timely and friendly. This restaurant is my favorite place to get hot pot, however, I don’t believe I will return because of the multiple times I have seen the manager berating the waitstaff for seemingly minimal issues right in front of customers and tables. On one occasion she completely interrupted our server while they were taking our order to complain. I worked in the service industry for years and I have never seen anything like it. It is very unprofessional and it leaves the servers visibly upset to the point where I have asked the server if they were okay. And this has happened multiple times. I believe a change of management would really benefit this establishment.

The food was fantastic! We had Jillian for our server, and she was attentive, kind, helpful, and happy to assist. It was a little different from Most hot pot places we as they bring you your meats and veggies etc out to you. The ambience had a bit to be desired. The music was great, but the seating location made us feel like we were a little bit of a spectacle as there were about 10 people right in front of the door and so was our table. We will come again for sure. I feel like I need a nap now after all of that delicious food!!
