I ate at this Illy twice in August and both times had delicious sandwiches (grilled cheese with bacon and in turkey with provolone panini) which were quickly and perfectly made. :) Iced tea for only $2.79! Delicious cookies finished my meals - Thanks!!

I had a killer cappuccino and breakfast sandwich. Nilynne was exceptionally calm and professional. Having been in retail for 30 years, I was impressed that she also offered bottled water at the end of my order; great upsell. Watching others in line complain about having to wait because Nilynne was working alone was disheartening.
