The Gasparilla Bar Reviews
I arrived early for my flight to Miami and ended up at the bar. I spent about 3 hours there (yes I know early) and I spent the time people watching. I noticed very quickly one bartender, Dennis Garcia, who was so AMAZING. Super positive and definitely went out of his way to make sure his coworkers and guests were in the most positive attitude possibly. He tried to make sure everyone’s day turned into a great day. Brittany and Brooks made this the best experience I’ve ever had at a bar when traveling through an airport. Their hospitality made our visit so much better and they’re absolute legends that should be treasured by the people that own that spot. I’ve never wanted a flight to be delayed until my visit there.
Excellent place. Great drinks, quick bytes, friendly service 👌.

The Gasparilla Bar is a convenient spot to grab a bite while waiting for a flight at the Tampa airport. The menu features a range of options, including a popular turkey club and Cuban sandwich, which are both solid choices. While prices may be on the higher side, the food is made with fresh, house-marinated meats and served with a smile by friendly staff. The bar also offers a selection of beers, and finding a Wicked Weed IPA on tap was a nice surprise, although local options are limited. Despite being an airport eatery, The Gasparilla Bar has earned a loyal following, with some customers raving about their favorite Cuban sandwiches. The atmosphere is fun, and while the food is considered average, the service is excellent and attentive, making it one of the best bars to hang out in at an airport in the United States. However, some customers have noted that the food quality can be inconsistent, particularly with the preparation of paninis.
