I do not post any reviews, but I had to make sure to call out the abuse at this Illy location. An employee Jeffrey was berating an employee screaming in their face. The cafe was busy as it was at 7am and full of waiting travelers. Not only rude and abusive it is a very small workspace so he was menacing over the employee. I hope this reaches the right people as this is unacceptable.
Jeff at terminal E is awesome. I've been flying out of Terminal E Delta and always said hello to Jeff. He's a very hard worker and well liked.
I probably took my last flight out of Tampa.
Tell Jeff that Mike the engineer is moving to Colorado.
