A return trip to discover more goodies. A bakery that does not open til 11am is uncommon and detracts from the experience. All breads seem to have very chewy crust extetiors. Some of other items are just next level genius. The ham sandwich with bourbon ham, gruyere, bordier butter, le sanctuaire piment d'espelette and cornichon is brilliant. Absolutely one of the best bakeries in Tampa! Everything is incredibly fresh and extremely high quality. They take tremendous pride in their products and it shows. Hidden gem of Tampa!
Always a pleasurable experience! It’s tough to not grab one of everything. We always enjoy the opportunity to try the savory tidy bun, whipped feta with pistachios is a must grab and which ever ciabatta sandwich is available in the cooler always wins our hearts! Sweet items rotate and we love snagging something special and different each time we visit. Breads are beyond beautiful - we love the English muffins, cracked wheat loaf and pretzel baguette.
