Let me tell you what. Last week I went to the McDonald’s in Zephyrhills and ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese with only ketchup and pickle in the drive through, got to work, and found a single patty with no cheese and no pickles, and the tiniest amount of ketchup. I recently had an incredible experience at McDonald's thanks to Alayna, who truly went above and beyond to fulfill my late-night Uber Eats order. Despite another employee giving me attitude and making it seem like my request was an inconvenience, Alayna stepped in and handled the situation with grace and professionalism.
