Typical wendys experience in 2026. Reluctantly chose wendys after a long shift. I pull up to the drive through and have to argue with an overly pushy ai ordering system just to then be shit talked by the employee for saying no to all the upselling the ai was trying to do. Food was mediocre and luke warm and had that classic cost-cutting Wendy's taste
I asked for a JBC no cheese, add lettuce, tomato, mayo and extra pickles. Why did it get a cheese burger with ketchup, mustard and onions?? Gross.
Today was different , I normally stop by here on my lunch and I’m able to ask for 3 sauces - but today I was charged an extra $0.54 for sweet chilli sauce- I ordered a 4PC and FRIES and asked for ketchup and bbq sauce - when I got up to window I asked to try the sweet chilli sauce also and was told to pay —— IS THIS NEW AT THIS LOCATION ??
