“I’m a regular at Panera Bread—I visit daily, sometimes multiple times a day, at locations all over Tampa. It’s my go-to spot for a good coffee and a quiet place to work (or at least that’s the dream).
However, some locations could really benefit from enforcing a no-loitering policy or setting a time limit. I’ve walked into spots where it feels like a domino tournament is in full swing or someone’s hosting a board meeting (complete with pie charts, I kid you not). And then there are the “regulars” who are so regular they might as well have their mail forwarded there.
All this traffic means the restrooms can get… uh, let’s just say “well-loved.” Occasionally, they’re a little dirty, a little smelly, and sometimes straight-up intimidating. (I’ve seen cleaner port-a-potties at a music festival.)
Panera, I love you, but maybe it’s time to reel it in a bit—less “community center,” more “café.” A little enforcement could go a long way in keeping the experience pleasant for everyone. Still, your food and coffee keep me coming back. I just try to steer clear of the restroom roulette.“
“Like that you can order 1/2 a sandwich. The chicken they use tastes very fresh and is pretty good. Now with the pick 2 you can get different combinations of soup, sandwich and salad. Today it was pretty busy, food took longer than usual but not as much as I expected.“
“The BLT sandwich is on point! It's so filling and they don't skimp on bacon! Prices are kind of high, but the food is delicious and fresh. For two pick mes I spent $34. Portions were good though. The staff is decently friendly. No complaints in that department. They're just always really busy. The dining area is clean and the wait time is never more than 10 min. The only bad thing is parking sucks! This is something they can't control because of its location. Be prepared to park far back in the parking lot during lunch time.“
“Listen!!! I don't know what angels are assigned to the location on causeway but hunny the Flatbread there is Heavenly. The customer service is on point and DON'T get me started on the soup with that warm bread.... y'all pull up 10/10“

“To go with my green tea ice tea that I got free from my Sips Club, I chose my best soup ever, Autumn Squash. They used to serve this only in the fall as 'seasonal favorite' u and the "seasonal favorite" sign is still up so I guess this is the new spring seasonal favorite. I always ask for changing the standard baguette side for an apple as a my side. You have or ask for a different side whether ordering in person at the counter with a person, at the self-order kiosk or on the app.\nService today is fast and good.. Soup is thick and creamy, as yummy as ever. \nyou can use an accessible kiosk for self-ordering, and for ordering in person. The food pick up shelf is very high. \nThey have an Accessible entry/exit with a door.\nThe venue is accessible except for the high food pick-up for dining in. They have several indoor accessible tables, with some booths. The Outdoor accessible tables have umbrellas that block sun at mid day sun but not late day.\nThe community bulletin board for non profit and school fundraiser events has only two notes today.\nThe Menus posted on the wall behind service counter are dark letters on light background, fairly readable.\nAccessible men and women's restrooms with 3ft x 5ft space. \nAccessible van parking in free lot shared with US Post Office and a few other venues.“

“Emma did a fantastic job coming to the rescue. My Mom had bought me a lot of food as a get will gift coming out of surgery. I had called as the food had never arrived. Emma told me that there was a picture of my room number and a black mat. Once I explained that the driver left it at the wrong building, she immediately offered a full refund or the same order again. Emma was extremely gracious in sending the order over again. I called again to get a status and she explained that they were going to make sure between she and her manager that they would find a driver to deliver my order that night.
She promptly called me back to let me know that they found a driver and that the order was on its way. As someone who has been in the call center industry as a broker, cannot say enough good things about Emma’s professionalism, friendliness, efficiency, and ability to work within her team to make my day a little less stressful. I cannot thank Emma enough for what she did for me and ask that Panera recognizes her for advancement opportunities.“
