Edge City BBQ and Tap is a restaurant that serves delicious BBQ and has a fun atmosphere. The burgers are cooked to perfection, similar to being grilled in someone's backyard, and the homemade fries are a highlight. The restaurant also has a karaoke night, with a great KJ and sound system. While the service can be a bit spotty at times, the food is consistently good, especially the BBQ, which is some of the best in the area.
