I love eating at Pollo Tropical and especially at this location. My favorite cook is Alain because he cooks the chicken breasts that I order weekly to perfection. The best team leader is Jessica because she takes the time to take care of her customers by showing empathy and compassion.

Kendry, a team member who works the line is very efficient and takes pride in making sure that each customer’s order is prepared to perfection.

We ordered the tropichop party bundle for a birthday party and it did not disappoint. Jess made sure everything was packed correctly and added utensils, bowls, serving spoons, tongs, and napkins. We will definitely order again for any future gatherings.

I come to this location almost daily. My food is always prepared and presented with care and consistency and tastes great!! The store is always clean and makes for a comfortable dining experience. And the staff are absolutely phenomenal!! They are warm, friendly and go out of their way to insure that my food is correct and delicious each and every time.
