Very tasty food, feel like homemade. Miss having all the drinks and the sauces you want, but I guess this is gonna be a normal thing everywhere you from now on, based on the economy breaking down.
I went to the drive thru. Four miles from my house. I got home and they have forgotten the plantains. The ast manager gave me my food.😞. You thought he would have checked the order. When I called the number it goes to customer service 😡. Can't you hire someone who understands English. So I'm going to get a 5.00 gift card in the mail. If customer service was more understanding I wouldn't be so upset.

Visited Pollo Tropical recently and tried the Mojo Roast Pork. The food was just okay, about a 3-star experience. The presentation was really disappointing – the dish was served on a cheap, flimsy plastic plate, not at all like the one shown in the menu on the wall. I also asked for the black beans and yellow rice, but the black beans were just black water, and the pork was simply the pork – no real flavor or garnish to elevate the dish. Overall, it wasn’t the best experience....
