I’ve never been to this restaurant before and I’m not an expert on Indian cuisine but I’ve eaten at other restaurants where the chicken was juicy and moist. Their butter chicken was too dry. The pieces of chicken felt like rocks. The sauce was delicious and made up for the rice which was super bland and had no color and the naan bread was cold and not soft at all. I do want to praise them for a clean restaurant and their samosas. Too expensive for the quality.
Raaga will not disappoint when it comes to food . Everything is cooked well. Neither under nor over cooked. My only comment would be about the spice level. We ordered medium spicy food but felt it was slightly spicier than usual .I would highly recommend their dosas.the sambar and accompanying peanut chutney was delicious. I asked two guys by the entrance while they are leaving the restaurant, I asked if they been here before and what is their favorite dish, I was told to get chicken boneless masala, and I did.Was awesome and large portion, was enough for two meals, the service was amazing and fast.
