From the cleanliness of the place, the welcoming smile at the door and the amazing food I am impressed!!! I enjoyed the hospitality, the affordability and the quality of the food. I was in town on business and Sabine’s came highly recommended. I had the legume, white rice, and black bean sauce. It was absolutely amazing. Very well balanced and seasoned. The fried plantains were probably the best I’ve ever had. The were fresh, made-to-order, perfectly crunchy.Sabine’s could benefit from increased staff. So, if you’re in a hurry, be mindful she makes most of the food fresh as it is ordered.

Sabine’s food is good! Really fresh and well cooked Haitian food. It gives me the feel of the food I eat when I go visit Haiti.And talk about customer service? Since she knows she cooks well and provides fresh food daily, she doesn’t have to dish out a bad attitude to overshadow serving nasty food. As a plus, since having a very bad experience with Alez Caribbean restaurant in Orlando, I now make it a point to check out Florida’s inspection of any food place I decide to buy from. Sabine has good inspections- no dirtiness inside the kitchen that is hidden from public view, no roaches dancing around prepared food, and no spoiled and rotten food.Give her a try! You will not be disappointed ?

This place did not disappoint- best Mac & Cheese I’ve ever tried. They were friendly and went above and beyond to deliver our food when our travel plans changed and we had to return our rental car. Highly Recommend you try for delicious food and great service!

Had the pleasure this past weekend of getting take out from the restaurant and man oh man was it good! Awesome flavour with everything! As a pescatarian that doesn’t eat meat, she made fried and steam fish that was season to the bone on Friday! Saturday I wanted to Uber eats a veggie legume that was out of my service area! She hand delivered herself to my hotel and gave me the most amazing macaroni and cheese for free! Amazing service, the best in Tampa and you won’t regret buying from her!

I'm not sure about the reviews that say this place had salty and spoiled meat. I've been here several times and Sabine never disappoints. Her food is always fresh and savory. I love the fact that the pikliz is actually spicy, and she's incorporated jalapenos on top of the scotch bonnet peppers. She has the best plantains as they are super crispy and hot to the taste. I cannot begin with how amazing the fried pork was. I hope she expands her business, especially to areas in Wesley Chapel.
