First time trying Haitian food but I knew it would be good based on all I've heard about it. It was so good I wanted more!! Ms. Sabine recently catered my cousin’s repast, and I truly appreciate her professionalism and commitment to delivering exactly what she promised. Though it was a sad occasion, I know my cousin would have given her stamp of approval on the food. Every dish was delicious—especially the macaroni and cheese and beet potato salad. Our guests could not stop complimenting the meal, and it brought comfort to us all knowing that would’ve made my cousin's heart happy.
