Me and my wife just went in the drive thru and got 2 burgers and fries and total came to 25 in something but the lady claim my wife card didn't work so my wife did tap on with her phone then we see it go thru but tell me why she pay for the same damn thing twice and they seen that they charged the card twice still no refund it seems to me that we will have a lawsuit for emotional destress and the money that was stolen from sales gyros my wife shouldn't have to call corporate

Worst service. Chicken aren't clean/has feathers on them. Had to repeat my order literally 4 times bc the rep was looking at whatever on his phone. And when I said something about it he got spicy with me... Go to Chick-fil-A and deal with friendly service lol 0 star city.

Inconsiderate. No customer care there. I ordered Uber eats pickup for the first time and went to the drive thru, had a long line and wait at 12am midnight. I told the intercom girl I was picking up an online order and she confirmed my name.When it was finally my turn, another lady at the window told me I had to walk in. “I was hurt.” I wish the one who spoke to me at the intercom first would’ve told me first or I wouldn’t had waited so long in the drive thru. I explained it to the window lady and she called her manager but still they were short with me and didn’t care or listen.
It was the first and will be my last time there. If management is like that then the team will be worst.

I'm my continuous quest for Florida gyros I ran into this spot. Not a Chicago Gyro but most definitely the most delicious I've had in Florida so far, a bit bigger than the first few places I've tried but not exactly what I'm used to. Stil delicious though. Pile a bit more Gyros meat on the pita and it would be better.

When someone say they want their wings fried extra crispy, That’s exactly what it mean. Where’s the disconnect? I’m convinced that people just don’t listen. On top of that people are getting sick because of undercooked food. I don’t understand Why people don’t get that.

As much as I love this restaurant it hurts me to leave such a horrible review. And so it follows. On January 17 I took a brief lunch break to order food for me and all of my awesome coworkers. I called in my order at 1:34 PM. The reason why I called is because I only had 30 minutes for lunch. The only thing that was good about this order was the young Jamaican man was very helpful on the phone. Other than that, everything else was horrible. I politely waited for my food. I saw at least five people come in after me and have their order taken and receive their food before I was even acknowledged. When she did finally acknowledge that I was waiting, and they then started fixing my food. I had been there for 20 minutes.I went from a quick lunch break to waiting there at least 40 minutes. It was so bad even another customer who got their food before me said are you on your lunch break? I said yes, and she got her food before me. When I finally did receive my food, the only thing she told me is that my name was Arabic and it means beautiful. I told her I did not feel beautiful because I was extremely hungry from waiting. When my food was handed to me, no one said we appreciate your patience or anything. It will be a long time before I come back to this Salems. On another note, the food was tasty.

Every other time I come here my order is wrong. They repeat my order back to me and still get it wrong.
Long time customer here. So disappointed at how much You guys have upped your prices. They want $6.00 for a add on of 5 boneless wings this is honestly pathetic. The only reason I got the add on was because I guess yall don't do kids meals anymore?? Just crazy and expensive.

I had the Gyros and very disappointed. Meat was not fresh and seamed to be boild not roasted. Fries too salty. The " homemade Tzatziki sauce not well seasoned and missed some dill or other herb. My husband didn't like the bbq sauce from the wings either. Shrimp and Octopus were ok

This place is so trash. The customer service is disgusting. The don't know how to maintain quality customer service while busy. I asked for a side of hot Buffalo sauce at the speaker when i ordered my food. I get my food and no sauce I asked the young lady for my sauce. She says I can't give you hot sauce you have to ask for that when you order because we charge for that. We busy I can't just give you that..... I just drove off I'm not about to argue with someone who is wrong!

I’m a regular I usually come at nights as I work night shifts . These past couple of visits I couldn’t help but to notice that one of my favorite workers hasn’t been there now I love the short young lady she wears black shirt she’s been here a while always takes great care of me but there used to be a beautiful tall young lady looked just like a model I never caught her name she always knew me by voice just delivered that great customer service I’m not sure if she’s at a different store but man do I miss her energy .
