Came in for a quick bite and had an amazing experience, largely thanks to Gary! The restaurant was spotless, and Gary went above and beyond to make sure my food was hot, fresh, and perfectly made. He’s exactly the kind of manager that makes you want to keep coming back. 10/10!
My first time at Shake Shack, and I was very impressed! The service was excellent, and a team member named Jania helped us choose the best options for our meal. The burgers were absolutely delicious and top quality. The restaurant was also very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for its great food, outstanding service, and clean atmosphere. Thank you, Jania, for making our visit so enjoyable!
The employees were working pretty hard with little to no A/C. There were some rude and entitled customers and the staff handled them in a professional manner. My personal experience at this location was great, like always. Just want to give a shout out to the staff.
