The fried rice is excellent but we weren't real thrilled with the colorful dumplings. That doesn't mean we won't be back though

This place sent me a flyer from Tampa and I live in Land O Lakes. It worked! Intrigued, I paid a visit this weekend and was delighted to eat at a new restaurant. The food was delicious. We tried soup dumplings, steamed dumplings, scallion pancake, and cucumber salad along with a mango fruit tea. It was all so delicious! The soup dumplings are a little hot when you first get them, so I'd advise to eat them last.

Shanghai Dumpling House is a restaurant that has delighted many diners. The food is delicious, fresh, flavorful, and fun to eat. Guests have tried soup dumplings, steamed dumplings, scallion pancake, cucumber salad, pan fried chicken mushroom dumpling, braised beef, fried rice, beef noodles, the chicken and noodle dish, fresh sesame balls, mochi ice cream, mango fruit tea, and bobba tea. The soup dumplings are a little hot when first received, so it is advised to eat them last. The portions are generous and the prices are very fair, though some find it a little on the pricey side. The service is impeccable, friendly, fast, attentive, and worthy of over 20% tip. The staff is delightful, sweet, and helpful. The decor is clean, bright, and beautiful with Chinese lanterns. There is a small window where guests can watch them prep the dumpling dough. The place is clean with plenty of seating. The waiting time is reasonable. The food is well packaged for to go orders. One complaint is the music choice. This is a hidden gem off of fowler Ave.
