I work downtown and was desperately trying to find somewhere I could buy a piece of fruit. I found this place and they charged me $2 for a banana. Trader Joe's just made the news because they raised their bananas from $0.19 apiece $0.23 apiece and you have the nerve to charge $2?? however nice the girl at the register was, I will never ever go back.
I had an excellent customer service experience today with the Tampa location. Door Dash picked up the wrong order, so I called and Mike (the owner) was able to get them to come back and deliver the correct one. Personally called me and also gave me loyalty credits to make up for the wait. I order from this location all the time, because my office is close by. Highly recommended and really appreciated that Mike went above and beyond expectation!
Walked in at 8:45pm to get a quick wrap to split with my husband back in our hotel room after just flying in from NM the African American man working behind the counter huffed and thru his hands up in the air when we walked in as to say OMG are you kidding me we’re closing soon! We’ll then lock the doors!!! I immediately took my husbands hand n left!!! When down the street to Tampa Pizza Company there were more then welcoming and happy to serve us!!!
