I work downtown and was desperately trying to find somewhere I could buy a piece of fruit. I found this place and they charged me $2 for a banana. Trader Joe's just made the news because they raised their bananas from $0.19 apiece $0.23 apiece and you have the nerve to charge $2?? however nice the girl at the register was, I will never ever go back.
I had an excellent customer service experience today with the Tampa location. Door Dash picked up the wrong order, so I called and Mike (the owner) was able to get them to come back and deliver the correct one. Personally called me and also gave me loyalty credits to make up for the wait. I order from this location all the time, because my office is close by. Highly recommended and really appreciated that Mike went above and beyond expectation!
Rude employees
It appears SoFresh doesn’t compensate employees well and suffers high turnover. I sent my spouse a copy of their menu and awaited her order. I decided to sit outside the establishment where they have tables, but I was immediately asked not to frequent the restaurant because I used their restroom before ordering.
