“Let me start by saying that this new management has started off on right foot. As being a regular customer the store is much more cleaner and the ugly office is gone. I did see new staff so there is a lot of new faces in store, but they picked up on my usual order on 3rd day and it was perfect“

“So I ordered from GrubHub. My issue is the meat was not cut into bite size pieces. This was lunch at work and I was not provided the utensils to cut the meat. 2nd issue is, all the dressing is on the top and no where near enough for the size of the salad. Dressings should always be on the side and there should be an option to select extra or to even request it on the side. Come on Subway, you can do better!!.“

“I went to Subway on Sunday, September 30, 2024. It was somewhat crowded, but I waited. It was worth the wait because Alberto and Grayson took good care of me. I ordered a 6-inch tuna sub, but because of the extra time to prepare (because of the number of people) I was given a footlong and a large cup for my favorite tea, raspberry tea. “I was working downtown today and stopped in this subway and I was so impressed with the young girl working there. There were at least 6 people in line when I got there and she still had me out of there in about ten minutes. Her name was Yamie. She was the only employee in the whole building and she was so on point with her job. This woman deserves a better position with this company. Her attitude was amazing!“

(Over nothing, I might add.) She also brought in her non-service dog. Despite that, the person working at the register was very polite and professional. “Although the workers are sometimes a bit slow moving, they do everything else very well. I prefer slow over messy by quite a bit. The workspace was very clean, no vegetables where mixed together like seen at every other Subway I have been to. The sandwich was also built nicely, not like most where they shove the meat into the crease causing you to only get a bite of meat or a bite of all veggies.“

“Very busy gas station with a Subway inside. My husband and I had a meatball sub last night. They were pretty good. The staff make a quick sandwhich yet they have taken the time to offer things to get customer loyalty on more than one occassion. Most places rarely act like anything more than a human conveyer belt making fast meals out of fast food choices! I think the last time I asked the order taker for BBQ sauce they looked confused at me then looked up at the menu behind them cause they didnt know how to ring it up to add it to my sandwhich. So I truly appreciate customer service and if they understand it's better to give an extra meatball here and there rather then throw 'em away my loyalty is won....good job Subway!“

“It’s been a long time since I’ve been in this place. The people that was here before scared me to come back. There is a new worker here, Mrs. Rae. She is the best sandwich artist I’ve ever seen ANYWHERE. When I walk in, it’s clean, I get a friendly conversation and my sandwich is made correctly, neatly and FAST. “This Subway did not have Seafood salad. But all the menu items are great tasting. I had the Black Forest Ham with all the fixings, toasted before adding fresh vegetables. It was absolutely delicious! And I had fresh spinach, too. My friend got the personal pan pizza which is her favorite. She was very pleased with her selection. I got the vitamin water which I really enjoy. Must recommend Subway.“

She made 4 sandwiches for someone in line then proceeded to take care of another customer in line and i asked why i had to wait for people's food to be made that where inline and she told me to qoute (get out) i said can you give me a refund and was told again to get out.Never got a refund or my food. I was told afterwards that the woman is the Manager of the store. Trying to call and settle this is a nightmare because you cannot talk to anyone physically it's all AI. May i add this is a Subway in my neighborhood that i frequent about once a week.“

“I had not been to this subway for some time. The Manager, Andrew, who told me he was new to the location but not subway was very proud of his store. It had recently been remodeled. He asked me to share if I enjoyed my meal. Well I enjoyed talking with him, I really enjoyed my steak sub and the store looked great. “I had "The beast" with 1/2pound of meat which was pretty good but seemed a little pricey for sure came out to be $18, store was clean and had a good layout, people working there were nice and seemed well versed in making sandwiches, although one guy was cutting meat and listening to the country song Friends in Low Places Song by Garth Brooks and singing along which was kind of annoying I felt bad for the guy making my sandwich more than anything else ,and now that I think of it, a door dash dude came in and was showing meat cutting/country singer guy his phone about an order and while door dash dude was holding phone meat cutter dude touched his screen to scroll down, and he had a beard without a net so Management should probably set some guideline before things get out of hand with bearded country singer phone screen toucher meat cutting dude and he had his phone in a container that usually stores topping to make the music louder lol at least he showed up right.“
