“I was working downtown today and stopped in this subway and I was so impressed with the young girl working there. There were at least 6 people in line when I got there and she still had me out of there in about ten minutes. Her name was Yamie. She was the only employee in the whole building and she was so on point with her job. This woman deserves a better position with this company. Her attitude was amazing!“

“Subway is what it is it used to be affordable now it's a lot more expensive I got double meat and cheese my protein was steak I also got it as a meal it costs $33 which is a little irritating for the fact that you used to be able to get $12 footlongs etc etc but I digress still will eat Subway when I can afford it I also suggest an urge you as well to enjoy a good Subway sandwich“

“I've never been in the store before, as I always order through doordash. But the food? PERFECTION!!!!!! I always get a hoagie with tomatoes, mayo, pickles, onions, and ham. and it's always perfect.

“For anyone who knows me knows I’m a Subway aficionado. But not all Subways are made the same. I’ve assessed most of the Tampa area locations and this one is one of the best. Friendly lunch crew, efficient, and most importantly, the food is prepared well. Other locations are simply not as good, sloppy prep, etc. This crew is top notch!“

We took six sandwiches and all of them taste perfect and looked delicious !!she said it was her shift changing after 12 am and she was making the sandwiches and re-stocking at the same time. She did a very good customer service in her rush time and waited for us with patience as our EBT was not working. The sandwiches and was really good and we got our cookies ! Well packed!! “I have to give a huge shoutout to Albi at this Subway. Every single time I come in, he absolutely nails my sandwich. He pays attention to what you ask for, doesn’t rush through it, and somehow makes everything taste better just by the way he puts it together.

On top of that, he’s always working hard. I’ve seen him juggling multiple orders, keeping the place clean, and still managing to greet people with a smile. His customer service is seriously top tier friendly, patient, and just easy to talk to. It’s rare to see someone consistently put in that much effort, especially in fast food.

“The man in there working at 8:30pm on Sunday, October 19th, 2025 deserves a raise. He created one of (if not the best) Subway subs I have ever had. I ordered online, walked in as he was finishing and walked out 2 minutes later. It was wrapped like a present under the tree on Christmas. And it sure tastes like a present. Sure, it was a tad under toasted, but he didn’t know I like my subs extra toasty and I didn’t tell him. He crafted a beautiful sub, and I thank him for it. Well done sir. “Although the workers are sometimes a bit slow moving, they do everything else very well. I prefer slow over messy by quite a bit. The workspace was very clean, no vegetables where mixed together like seen at every other Subway I have been to. The sandwich was also built nicely, not like most where they shove the meat into the crease causing you to only get a bite of meat or a bite of all veggies.“

“Very busy gas station with a Subway inside. My husband and I had a meatball sub last night. They were pretty good. The staff make a quick sandwhich yet they have taken the time to offer things to get customer loyalty on more than one occassion. Most places rarely act like anything more than a human conveyer belt making fast meals out of fast food choices! I think the last time I asked the order taker for BBQ sauce they looked confused at me then looked up at the menu behind them cause they didnt know how to ring it up to add it to my sandwhich. So I truly appreciate customer service and if they understand it's better to give an extra meatball here and there rather then throw 'em away my loyalty is won....good job Subway!“

“It’s been a long time since I’ve been in this place. The people that was here before scared me to come back. There is a new worker here, Mrs. Rae. She is the best sandwich artist I’ve ever seen ANYWHERE. When I walk in, it’s clean, I get a friendly conversation and my sandwich is made correctly, neatly and FAST. “Ordered online with app .Got to the store app said food was ready walked in the lady said immediately my food was not ready yet. She made 4 sandwiches for someone in line then proceeded to take care of another customer in line and i asked why i had to wait for people's food to be made that where inline and she told me to qoute (get out) i said can you give me a refund and was told again to get out.Never got a refund or my food. I was told afterwards that the woman is the Manager of the store. Trying to call and settle this is a nightmare because you cannot talk to anyone physically it's all AI. May i add this is a Subway in my neighborhood that i frequent about once a week.“
