Jacob was very friendly & attentive. Other than him, the customer service was awful. There was no line yet we waited for 15 minutes while the other workers ignored us then one proceeded to take a phone call that did not seem like an emergency. As someone that has worked in the food service industry, I understand long days and stressful shifts but this was not the case today. Terrible customer service today but Jacob and the food made it worth another trip here.

From south Florida I was excited to try sweetsoul and it did not disappoint. I got the blue Bahamian smoothie and got my self a custom bowl, a lot of topping options and nice fresh fruit! Extremely recommend.

I was in town visiting and discovered this gem of a place!! The girls behind the counter were so sweet and friendly and the smoothie I got was everything I wanted and more. My smoothie was made very quickly too; super impressed with the efficiency and quality. I was so pleased with my experience and will definitely recommend this smoothie shop to anyone visiting Tampa! 10/10 service and delicious smoothie (A.Ms In Venice)!

Parking: I walked but there was a small parking lot and you could probably park on adjacent streets.

Honestly I was very disappointed with my order . It was a 13 dollar acai bowl which was basically just a hard frozen rock , it’s been 20 minutes and it still has not defrosted . I did not like it at all, I should’ve been able to eat my lunch at the moment I ordered it not an hour later .
Loved the many many options and how filling these are. Portions are substantial and just plain delicious.

went here and the vibe was cute and wholesome, but the service was so bad!! the short brunette white girl was mean and didn't even know what i was ordering even when i just read the menu . she was also rude to my sisters and made my order completely wrong and did not listen to what toppings i asked for . this girl was very stuck up and was grumpy toward ALL the customers that were there before and after us. super disappointed because she made my açaí bowl gross as well.

Omg wow this was the best bowl I’ve ever had! I got the coconut blend bowl with added strawberries and kiwi, almond butter, coconut chia pudding and a bunch of other yummy toppings. It was delivered to us through Relish and omg so so good! Loved it thank you!
