The smoothies are great, but the employees are incompetent. I just had a smoothie spill all over my car because they didn’t put the correct lid on the cup and it wasn’t secure.

Went to enjoy sweet and soul. As I, would since 2019. We waited in a line of 5-6 ppl ahead of us. The process was the ppl order the blonde hands them their product and then they paid. All 5 people prior followed that process. My family walked in and waited patiently. However, the process changed for us. All of a sudden we had to pay first and then it be made. She didn’t even hand us our products. The blonde working on Father’s Day at 12:45 pm could not even hand my kids their bowls of product. This young racist should be dealt with and reminded all people should be treated the same. So disappointed!

I love me some sweet soul. It's great because I'm gluten and dairy free. I've been going here for years. Sadly, the last couple of times I've come in and grabbed the yummy cookies, they have been terrible. I think a few ingredients were left out. I'm giving you all the love by saying, Please train better so the cookies remain yummy.
This is a nice, quaint açaí shop, beautified with plants on the outside, and multiple places to sit and enjoy. The ornate choices in food is very vast. I had tapioca boba pudding , larger pearls and topped mine with banana , strawberries, mango and cacao nibs. You can create your açaí bowls with many choices in toppings even cookie crumbs . I tried the pink dragon drink which was pretty and very tasty, I liked that it was dairy free as well. This place was really a treat and it was healthy. Small parking area along the busy Howard Avenue in the chic south Tampa.
