I love that this place has a pretty solid grasp on alternative/healthy options for a sweet treat. There are açai bowls are really lovely. Personally I think their coconut milk based ice cream is really nice, and the banana splits is a once in a while, total indulgence. The people that work here are always attentive and sweet. I also really love all the outdoor seating, and it tends to be a gathering place for people every time I go by there.

Sweet Soul used to be one of my favorite spots. The bowls were consistently good, the staff was kind, and it felt welcoming every time you walked in. Unfortunately, it just isn’t the same anymore. The customer service now feels sassy rather than friendly, and the quality of the product has noticeably declined. They also no longer allow substitutions, and you’re charged if you try to change anything, which takes away from the experience that once made this place special. Also the soft serve is the same every time it used to be so fun and have different flavors all the time. It’s really sad to see because it used to be so good and had such amazing, warm staff. I miss what Sweet Soul used to be.

Sweet Soul Açaí Bowl used to be one of my favorite spots fr. The bowls were always good, the workers were nice, and it just had a good welcoming vibe every time I went. But honestly… it’s not the same anymore.They stay out of my favorite products, and when I ask about them they be catching an attitude like I’m doing too much. They’ll just be like “we don’t have that anymore” all rude about it. And they even took away the pickleball courts too, which was literally part of what made it fun to go there. It’s honestly sad because Sweet Soul used to be sooo good. I really miss how it used to be.

I live down the street and my husband and I would come everyday if they had coffee! So strange they don’t. He likes smoothies and açaí bowls but I need coffee too so we always have to go somewhere else

I used to come here all the time but it’s not good anymore the smoothie they gave me still had chunks of spinach and berries in it when asked the worker to blend it more she had an attitude and gave me back the most watery milky nasty smoothie ever.

09/06/25 I absolutely loved coming to this place for the past 3 years now. Today when I came, it they were really busy so I understood the wait. The family ahead of me was greeted promptly and their order was taken. I waited for an additional 10 mins and no one greeted me or took my order. A doordash driver that came in after me was greeted before I was. Finally After 15 minutes they acknowledged that I was standing there. When a group came in after me they also were greeted promptly and had their order taken. I am really disappointed. Smoothie was great, Service was not.

The smoothies are great, but the employees are incompetent. I just had a smoothie spill all over my car because they didn’t put the correct lid on the cup and it wasn’t secure.
