I've been a fan since I met him on the food truck as I hunted down the best hot sauce. His hot sauce won the competition. My son had his chicken and he is the biggest critic and he loved it. I drove an hour from Spring Hill to visit him. I was going to take it to go but glad he convinced me to eat it hot and crispy. Meat was juicy and flavorful inside while crispy on the outside. Just Perfect!

Amazing wings.. juicy, spicy and thick wings. Corn ribs were fantastic with Mexican seasonings. Customer service was 10 out of 10. Overall, definitely a place to go to!
