There always seems to be an issue at this location. Either their card machine is down or they shut down most of their ice cream machines very early so you don't have many choices. Crew usually does not appear to be very happy. I would tip more if they could improve my overall experience. Otherwise, it is solid Twistee Treat experience.
Lots of interesting flavours at his location that are not available at other locations. Other than that it's the same great service and quality ice cream. The waffle cones are unique and tasted really good.
If you wanna see what great customer service looks like, go to this twisty treat. When we got there with the kids the gentleman helping us knew the ice cream was for the kids and made it all about them. He spoke to them as if they were the customer, he made them feel important and they were smiling the entire time. If you can make my kids smile, you've got a five star review for me
