As a Trini, i was excited to bring my family to this restaurant especially for the doubles. everything was exceptional & truly home cooked grade. Trish & everyone there was amazing. Beyond 4 stars
Took a ride to a part of town I do not frequent to try food from Trinidad and Tobago. A place I visited as a child and home to a past friend of mine. He used to brag about the food and I was curious to try it. The place was on 56th not to far from Busch Blvd. A colorful place with parking in front. Half a dozen tables with metal chairs and bright decor. Many of the drinks and snacks were from the island.

Texture is the hardest thing to execute when making Doubles. If you know good Doubles you know what im talking about. Love eating at Trini spice because its alwas getting better and better EVERYTIME 😋
