They are very bad company the cruise candled and they don’t want to do refund for us not recommend it at all

Had the best time celebrating my wife’s birthday ! So much fun, great good, awesome crew and nice ship ! The sunset was spectacular !

I'm still beaming with joy after celebrating my birthday on Yacht Starship IV! The entire experience was nothing short of spectacular, from the seamless check-in process to the exceptional crew, food, entertainment, ship, and our outstanding waitress. Although we bought a picture and misplaced it, the staff's prompt response and assistance in recovering it truly amazed me. Special thanks to Chuck, the Food and Beverage Manager, for his heartwarming gesture of obtaining a copy of our picture and mailing it to us. His kindness and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly inspiring! I'm already counting down the days until my next cruise with Yacht Starship.

Murder Mystery - Hard to hear. Tables were too close together, you couldn't get out of your seat without hitting the chair behind you. Bad acting. Positive note - good food, server attentive, drinks came out within 2 minutes.

This sunset cruise exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, and we had a reserved table which I didn’t expect. It was the perfect length of time and the staff were very classy. I would definitely recommend this dinner cruise for a special occasion or just if visiting Tampa to get a great view of the area by boat.

I recently took a Yacht Starship Cruise in Tampa, and while there were some positives, overall, I was disappointed. The service was great, and the staff was friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. The ship itself was clean and well-maintained. However, the main issue for me was the food—it was served cold, which really impacted the experience. Given the price of the tickets, I expected much better, and the cold food was a letdown. There was an open bar that was included in the price, not top shelf that was an additional cost. Unfortunately, this experience didn't live up to my expectations, and I don’t think I would book with this cruise line again.

Such a fantastic night! Every single staff member had a smile on their face and offered phenomenal service. The food was flavorful and delicious. The bar line was never long and the views were amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone!

My family and I had an awesome time on the Yacht StarShip Cruise. The yacht was very clean. The wait staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. My sister-in-law Eva said it was worth every penny. I also got the opportunity to see family members dance that I didn’t even know could dance. ? Would definitely go again. They went the extra mile to accommodate my daughter who had gastric bypass with a desert of strawberries and whipped cream. Thank you to everyone who made our night on the Starship Cruise memorable.

We joined our daughter on this cruise for her birthday. I'm sure glad we accepted the invitation to come on this brunch cruise. We enjoyed the varied selection of foods. It was refreshed and nonstop until almost the end. As soon as you board and get escorted to your table, you may begin your feasting. Enjoyed wandering around on the top deck. The sights, views, and breeze was nice. The servers and atmosphere was friendly and inviting. All areas and restroom was clean. I would consider cruising again on this yacht. It was pricey, but worth it.

We were at a private party on the Starship. It was fantastic. The food and drinks were more than what we expected but the service was the best part. They took care of everyone quickly and drinks were consistently full. We will be happy to go again!
