We stopped on my way home from work an ordered the smoke house brisket and a chicken
Jalapeño wrap. We checked the bag to see if everything was there and looked alright. Got home
And there was barely anything on the brisket sandwich, like maybe a slice of meet, no cheese and a few fried onions. What we thought was a chicken jalapeño wrap from the outside was actually a gyro. Shame, was pretty excited to have Arby’s after an 11 hour shift
most unprofessional experience I've ever encountered at any business in my life. its one thing to get someones order wrong but for me to pull around again an hour before the place should even be closed to have it corrected and everything is turned off like its closing time. after a couple times around I was finally able to get someone to come to the window by honking my horn.
