“We were in town visiting and wanted breakfast after the beach. We showered and popped in here as we felt it wouldn't fail us. We were initially worried there was only one server working, and my goodness, she was handling business. She didn't miss a beat and brought everything out quickly, correctly, and good, hot, and fresh. We enjoyed every bite. Hadn't been to IHOP in a minute and definitely left pleased.

“Stopped in with my husband today and got the raspberry stuffed French toast and he got the scrambler bowl. Both were AMAZING. We love coming to Kekes for breakfast and always have wonderful service. Today Kellie took care of us and was so attentive. My coffee never went empty and never had to ask for a single thing. She was super personable and made a great experience for us.“

“Since I have lived in Florida (2010).This is the best breakfast/lunch place I have been to! What makes it even better is it so happens to be right in my neighborhood. Very friendly staff. Family owned and operated. Doesn’t get much better than this. Five stars all the way!“

“My wife and I ordered breakfast here the food was really good it's just no salt within the cooking process maybe because older people come here. The strawberry cheesecake pancakes for a little too sweet due to the cream cheese drizzle it's more like cream cheese frosting than actual cream cheese. But the pancakes were nice. My wife said her food tasted like she was in IHOP- I have the biscuits and gravy Benedict. The sausage was really nice and the gravy what's good also“

“my husband had the savory creape wirh eggs and bacon. I had the shirred eggs with heavy cream, bacon and cheese then baked, came with a french baguette and salad with a light vinegarette dressing. Breakfast done well. I'm not the biggest fan of breakfast this may have changed my mind. We also tried the blueberry crepe with whipped cream on the side and strawberry's on top. Coffee was good also. the waitress was on point, we meet the chef he was great and spoke French. Check it out.“

“There's not a better place for breakfast or lunch, than Flapjack's! The staff is super friendly and fun, the food is amazing, great prices and very comfortable atmosphere. We've been going every Sunday for the past few Years and we look forward to it every week, not only for the food, but for the staff as well. There's often a wait but it goes fast and 100% worth it. Love this place!“

“Ive been interested in trying this place for actual years all the way back to 2021 when I picked up some extra cash from running orders on uber eats and to this day a customer ive had for years have been trying to get me to try this place because he swears he eats here once a week. And ya know what? I get it. It's a nice establishment with a good assortment of foods in a comfy atmosphere that is family friendly and would be perfect for a place to catch up with friends or if youre on vacation. I personally wouldnt come WEEKLY just cuz its out of my price range by being good food but just a bit more expensive then my go-to mom and pop breakfast place (i get this, its a chain, I also understand why Ihop is expensive you know?) But it was good enough that in a few weeks when I visit the spa next door me and my Mom have already planned on going back.

Parking: This location shares a lot with other shops and a gym. Id call this a medium to small lot. Easy to park a truck.

Kid-friendliness: Loads of families here when I went. There was noise but in a "families having breakfast and being happy" kind of way. I wouldn't worry about your kid making kid noises :^)“

“We have been eating at this restaurant for many, many, many, years and EVERYTHING is TOP NOTCH... the food, service, atmosphere, etc. and it's always spotless clean..We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant to all.... you won't walk away hungry or disappointed and it's affordable! “My husband and I had been meaning to try this place for a while. He ordered the Breakfast Burrito (which was HUGE) and I had the Rock Lobster Scramble, which was VERY good! This place is clean, and staff is amazingly friendly. Madison was very attentive and suggested some of the featured pancakes that they had. We decided to try the Gooey Buns instead, which honestly wasn’t the best. The apples were cold and It just wasn’t what I was expecting. Other than that, the food was very tasty and super quickly served!“

“It was the day after helene and they were very short staff but it's understandable. The workers did everything they could to serve the customers. They didn't have much on the menu but it's okay. Me and kids ordered our food and we were happy. Great customer service and delicious food.“
