We had reservations for 12. There was also a group of 40 there at the same time. Once seated the manager (owner?) and the Chef came to our table to welcome us and explained about them having a large group. Explaining our food may take time. Apologizing in advance that there may be a delay, but assuring us our orders would arrive as quickly as possible. We waited a very long time for service and then waited FOREVER (35+ minutes) for our food and there was hardly anyone there. Still optimistic as we had family from out of town and wanted to have a nice meal out before they left. Food arrives and the shrimp was very overcooked and rubbery. We had a surprise party over the weekend catered by Fish Camp on Lake Eustis. We opted for gator bites, peel & eat shrimp, coconut shrimp, shrimp & grits, fish & chips, & several other items. Their food was perfect for our Florida-style event & all the guests raved about it.
