Based on the reviews, this Hardee’s location offers the best biscuits, with "super biscuits" that come with a real fried egg and plenty of bacon. The food is always fresh, hot, and served by friendly staff who are fast, efficient, and polite. The management team is great, and the GM has done renovations to make the location look much better. However, the restaurant dining area is outdated, tired, and worn, though there is plenty of seating. The self-serve drink station is untidy. Some customers experienced issues with pricing, like not being able to substitute Coke for coffee in a breakfast sandwich combo without an extra charge. One manager was described as rude and hateful, but other staff members like Samantha, Jalen, Brooke, and Adrianna are pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. They even bring food to tables and offer refills. A large group from the Special Olympics praised the accommodations, patience, and quality of food, giving the location 5 stars. Despite some negatives, many customers will keep coming back.
