“Quickly’s is definitely an acceptable choice if you’re in the area and need a quick bite or drink. Their creative and visually appealing drinks taste pretty good, although the boba pearls themselves are just average (a bit hard in the middle, texture not as chewy, and tasteless). Unfortunately, their popcorn chicken is a letdown—I’ve tried it a handful of times, and each time I’ve been disappointed enough that I’ve stopped ordering it altogether.
That said, their croffles are dangerously good. I’ve only tried the biscoff flavor so far, but if that’s any indication, the other flavors must be just as amazing.
The staff here are always super friendly and helpful, which makes for a consistently pleasant experience.
This review would have landed at a fair 3 stars, but the croffle, delicious drink creations, and top-notch customer service definitely bump it up to a 4.“

“What a unique eatery! We came for boba 🧋, Korean corn dogs, and Mochinut donuts. All were delicious. They also have self-serve ramen bowls where you fill with hot water and toppings, just like in Korean convenience stores. Happy to have this in Tampa.“

“A wonderful, authentic Pakistani restaurant. It is so nice to find a relaxing place where you can hear the person across the table in a quiet conversation and enjoy absolutely wonderful food. We drive 30 minutes on a regular basis just to enjoy a quiet meal here. A family run business, where courtesy and professionalism is always present.“

“The best boba in Tampa, the taste is the same in Taiwan, if you want to try the most traditional tapioca boba, this is the only place for you! The best part is they have made many different flavors of fresh boba everyday 💜“

“Wow. Just wow. THAT TEA WAS SO DELICIOUS! I TOTALLY recommend coming here, the 2 ladies are so incredibly nice, there are so many options that their menu is bigger than me (6th grader 4”10!) and they even have a sweet deal that if you buy ten drinks you get one free!!! I tried their Brown Sugar Milk Tea, and it was amazing! The drink had a perfect balance of creamy milk and rich brown sugar flavor — not too sweet, just right. The tapioca pearls were super fresh and chewy. The presentation was also beautiful with the brown sugar “tiger stripes.” Definitely one of the best bubble teas I’ve had in Tampa!“

“Really happy this place changed ownership. The employees are really sweet and helpful, they know the menu well and aren’t bothered to explain the drinks to you. They always welcome you in when you enter the building. The Boba is chewy and the tea tastes great! The earl grey tea is also freshly brewed!“

“NOT EMPLOYED HERE, NO BENEFIT OFFERED, WASN'T PAID TO POST AND NOT BEING A KISS ASS. Just credit to a small business who deserves the credit. This was my first ever visit to this hidden treasure called University Boba. The cutest not so little, was presently surprised at the interior restaurant space. The vibe is also adorable and really clean. Lily is who made my drinks, greeted me as soon as I came in and she was very inviting and really friendly. It was like ordering from a friend not someone who seems bothered you want to order and can't wait to get off the clock. Which was such a refreshing change! Popping bobas like most places and drink 2 which I feel like if you're going to have boba the brown sugar milk tea is a staple drink however I must say I have not found anyone in the area that has one that is this delicious the quality of the jelly boba was fantastic with plenty as well so AGAIN 10/10. “The mushroom rice place, vegan dumplings, and vegan lumpia are all amazing! Highly recommend. Pandan drink also good and I’m not really a drinks person. Just visiting Tampa but would have gone back more if I could, and I already went twice. My non vegan friend also really enjoyed the vegan options.“

“First time there. Did a bowl. It was delicious. Ingredients were fresh. Staff were super friendly and helpful when I asked for recommendations. I did the limeade with my bowl for dine in and ordered a vegan Vietnamese iced coffee and two cookies to go. Both were awesome. Cookies are soft baked and flavorful. I got a staff recommendation on these as well. Did not disappoint.
Place was nice and inviting inside. Ordering was easy.
Outdoor seating also nice as well.
Staff clean the tables shortly after folks leave.

“Terrific place all the way. We love the combo sandwiches. Staff is very helpful and take their time explaining their different cuisine. I also love all their drinks and desserts. The atmosphere, whether you are waiting for a pick up or a take out order, is surprisingly elegant and well placed to sit comfortablly and use your mobile or look at their unique menu and items for sale.“
