“First time comes to this boba place and this is definitely the best choices I made ever. My boyfriend and I ordered a brown sugar boba milk and orange peach tea. Both tasted amazing, not too sweet, the tapioca pearls cooked perfectly even I drank it in 4 hours, the tapioca still soft and chewy. Definitely will comeback!“

“A wonderful, authentic Pakistani restaurant. It is so nice to find a relaxing place where you can hear the person across the table in a quiet conversation and enjoy absolutely wonderful food. We drive 30 minutes on a regular basis just to enjoy a quiet meal here. A family run business, where courtesy and professionalism is always present.“

“5 stars they were patient and when asking question they answer helpfuly. I asked for strawberry slush boba and I forgot to ask for boba after it was done I thought topping ment as a topping but it means like a boba I asked and she gave me the boba aside , very good customer service , and the potato corn dog was very good as well would come here again.“

“Nice little shop for tasty beverages. Lots of fruit jellies and boba to choose from. Never had anything here that is less than delicious. They have a little play area for kids while you wait. I wish their kiosk didn't make you jump through hoops to leave no tip, because counter service tip requests are already annoying enough.“

I especially loved the caramel layered latte—it was rich, flavorful, and perfectly made. I also loved how they canned cold beverages—such a fun and unique touch and perfect for enjoying later or taking on the go. The kind staff made us feel welcome, and I really enjoyed the stylish aesthetics and inviting atmosphere. The wonderful smell of fresh coffee and food added to the experience. This was my first ever visit to this hidden treasure called University Boba. The cutest not so little, was presently surprised at the interior restaurant space. The vibe is also adorable and really clean. Lily is who made my drinks, greeted me as soon as I came in and she was very inviting and really friendly. It was like ordering from a friend not someone who seems bothered you want to order and can't wait to get off the clock. Which was such a refreshing change! Popping bobas like most places and drink 2 which I feel like if you're going to have boba the brown sugar milk tea is a staple drink however I must say I have not found anyone in the area that has one that is this delicious the quality of the jelly boba was fantastic with plenty as well so AGAIN 10/10. “I stopped in to get a honey dew milk tea, it’s delicious but the service was even better, very family friendly everyone is so kind. I’ll definitely be back my niece received some of the mochi waffles and they are DELICIOUS, she enjoyed them so much. We can’t wait to come back. It’s very rare to go out and have such a positive experience.“

“Great service, excellent macchiato. There are so many choices available in this plaza but I choose the one nearest to Pet Wise as my dog was being washed and nails cut. I am glad I choose this one. The macchiato was very well made and the cheesecake doughnut was great. The young manager also told me pets were allowed but I did say that if my dog came in, he would not want to leave. So, there is that. The self serve ramen looked excellent. I was impressed with the video made of how to serve ramen and do it yourself. Very creative. As an author interested in marketing, I always notice the marketing. We will return.“

“Terrific place all the way. We love the combo sandwiches. Staff is very helpful and take their time explaining their different cuisine. I also love all their drinks and desserts. The atmosphere, whether you are waiting for a pick up or a take out order, is surprisingly elegant and well placed to sit comfortablly and use your mobile or look at their unique menu and items for sale.“

“I had a great experience at Mochinut in Lutz. I had been going to the Citrus Park location until it closed and was weary about trying another location due to my unusual order (half coffee/half brown sugar boba tea). However, Sage made my drink perfectly and was super nice and accommodating! I’ve definitely found my new “go-to” for boba tea! Thanks, Sage!“
