She’s always on her phone and I’ve witnessed her ignore or make customers wait to be served just because she’s on her phone. I always order the same drink with JELLY, but no matter how explicit I am about saying Jelly instead of boba, she still adds the regular tapioca boba to my drink instead of the jelly. I even made sure to check if she was putting the correct option on the kiosk, and it literally read jelly on it, so tell me why I got tapioca boba instead? I’m not one to leave reviews or complain which is the only reason why I’ve refrained from bringing this up… but it’s gotten quite frustrating and it’s honestly shows her lack of care into what she’s doing. I love this place, just not this particular worker.“

Both tasted amazing, not too sweet, the tapioca pearls cooked perfectly even I drank it in 4 hours, the tapioca still soft and chewy. Definitely will comeback!“

I’ll definitely be back my niece received some of the mochi waffles and they are DELICIOUS, she enjoyed them so much. We can’t wait to come back. “Great service, excellent macchiato. There are so many choices available in this plaza but I choose the one nearest to Pet Wise as my dog was being washed and nails cut. I am glad I choose this one. The macchiato was very well made and the cheesecake doughnut was great. The young manager also told me pets were allowed but I did say that if my dog came in, he would not want to leave. So, there is that. The self serve ramen looked excellent. I was impressed with the video made of how to serve ramen and do it yourself. Very creative.
