“It was my first time here. I was helped by Lal, who was extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions and even gave her own input and suggestions. She didn't appear bothered or tired of explaining the difference in drinks at all. She was super friendly. I ended up getting a purple rice yogurt drink, which was delicious. The purple rice doesn't really have any flavor itself, but the texture it adds is great. In addition to the in-house made green tea jelly, it's a great combination with no boba needed, in my opinion. The only thing I would change on my next order is maybe to get it less sweet, but other than that it tasted great“

“this spot makes great drinks and has good service… but only when it’s the older lady working. Every time the lady with tattoos has served me, she has gotten the order wrong each time. She’s always on her phone and I’ve witnessed her ignore or make customers wait to be served just because she’s on her phone. I always order the same drink with JELLY, but no matter how explicit I am about saying Jelly instead of boba, she still adds the regular tapioca boba to my drink instead of the jelly. I even made sure to check if she was putting the correct option on the kiosk, and it literally read jelly on it, so tell me why I got tapioca boba instead? I’m not one to leave reviews or complain which is the only reason why I’ve refrained from bringing this up… but it’s gotten quite frustrating and it’s honestly shows her lack of care into what she’s doing. I love this place, just not this particular worker.“

“Great service, excellent macchiato. There are so many choices available in this plaza but I choose the one nearest to Pet Wise as my dog was being washed and nails cut. I am glad I choose this one. The macchiato was very well made and the cheesecake doughnut was great. The young manager also told me pets were allowed but I did say that if my dog came in, he would not want to leave. So, there is that. The self serve ramen looked excellent. I was impressed with the video made of how to serve ramen and do it yourself. Very creative.
