Today 7/29/23 my husband went to this location at my request for a specific sandwich I got for another location baby off MLK in Seffner (they were fantastic). The premium bun with a double spicy chicken. What I got was two spicy chicken sandwiches one a sesame bun. I’ve called this location 6x to explain the mistake. No answer, so now I’m leaving a review. Ordered online for pick-up, all 3 burgers were incorrect, missing items and dry. Tried calling the store no one will pick up. Customer service needs improvement. On a positive note fries were fresh.

We spent over 40 minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead. After we ordered, we waited for about 20 minutes for our food at the parking lot because they told us to wait there. After waiting the 20 minutes, I had to ask for it at the window, and this is when they finally gave us everything. They didn't have any of the most common sodas available. They only had fruit punch. Food was hot and good but the service was extremely slow.
