I recently visited this Chipotle and noticed that the staff appears to be mostly new. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t a positive one. The interactions felt overly focused on technicalities rather than customer service, and I found some employees to be unfriendly and dismissive.

My daughter and I came in kind of late last night and even though the place was busy the wonderful employees just couldn't have been kinder or more attentive. I was distracted and tired after traveling and kept messing up our order, but both the kind person making the food and the wonderful guy at the cash register were just so sweet and thoughtful. If the manager reads this, please know that you have an exceptional team of great people working at this location!
I’m so mind blown how nice and beautiful are the people that work at this location everyone is very nice and really make you feel special and also the food is cooked good

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a restaurant that offers plenty of vegetarian options and a clean environment. The staff are friendly and professional, serving fresh and tasty food. The manager is helpful and asks if anything can be done to make it more accessible and comfortable. An employee named Elliott is amazing, very respectful and kind. This location is generally not too crowded, but the parking lot isn’t the best. The hot salsa is always hotter than other locations. This restaurant can be a good alternative for those looking for something other than burgers and pizza.
