“Great service, excellent macchiato. There are so many choices available in this plaza but I choose the one nearest to Pet Wise as my dog was being washed and nails cut. I am glad I choose this one. The macchiato was very well made and the cheesecake doughnut was great. The young manager also told me pets were allowed but I did say that if my dog came in, he would not want to leave. So, there is that. The self serve ramen looked excellent. I was impressed with the video made of how to serve ramen and do it yourself. Very creative. As an author interested in marketing, I always notice the marketing. We will return.“

“Delicious milk tea and tons of other drink options. Superior to Moge with more deluxe and prepared food options. They have speciality donuts and corn dogs. Definitely coming back to give those a try and to snag another signature milk tea. Hard to have a favorite milk tea flavor with places like this in the running. Top milk tea short list: OneZo, Zimo Bakery, Ajisai. Hard to choose a #1 because they all have different food options to compliment the tea.“

“My dog who passed away in March loved their strawberry shortcake. We did end of life photos in strawberry shortcake theme and even bought on from there. He passed a week later. When we told the people what we were doing they gave us an extra side of whip cream just for his end of life photos. I have these amazing photos to cherish forever“

“We were very impressed with our order. We had a steak burrito and a steak taco. The steak was very good and not chewy like others we have tried and their green hot sauce (not pictured was good also) our bill was under $20, I believe the burrito was around $11. It is in the Shell gas station parking lot.“

“The service here was friendly, fast and hot when it came out. We got 4 chicken supreme tacos and 4 ground beef supreme tacos. The chicken tacos were great but the ground beef was lacking flavor. The only reason I gave it four stars was because of the ground beef tacos. If they amped up their seasonings on the ground beef I would change my review to 5 stars“

“I haven't been there in a while because they got my orders wrong from whatever food delivery service sent the food to my house. So I went by the drive-thru today and ordered an Italian combo. I got it home and found out that it was missing the sausage. I can't win. I won't be going back.“

“Consistently delicious. I often get the lettuce-wrapped cheeseburger and they do a phenomenal job at this location to make sure it's wrapped well so it stays intact as a burger. It's so delicious. The fries are good and so are the shakes. It's a staple when craving a good burger and fries.“

“Hands down, one of the best Five Guys experiences I’ve ever had—and I’ve had more than five, if you catch my drift. 😉

It had been a while since my last visit, and I was pleasantly surprised. The cashier, Contessa, went above and beyond: she kindly explained the new menu options, including the combo meals, and was incredibly patient with my friend, who speaks limited English.

Our food came out quickly, hot, and absolutely delicious. As we were finishing up, Contessa came by while tidying the dining area (which was immaculate) and checked in to make sure everything was great. We ended up having a light, friendly conversation, and her warm, funny personality made us feel genuinely welcome.

Contessa is a total asset to your team and made this visit a true five-star Five Guys experience.“

“I ordered from this location tonight (as I do most every weekend) and the burgers were borderline raw. I didn't discover until they were brought home and my schedule didn't allow to return to the store so had to pitch them. I called this evening and spoke to the night manager. He explained they have been training a lot of new employees (and also trainers) and was understanding and apologetic for the experience. He readily offered to make it right (I was satisfied with his solution) and identified the need for more training and committed to helping his team improve. He owned the mistake, offered a solution and identified it was an area that needed work. No restaurant is perfect. I can handle mistakes (more than once) when the management care and they are working to make it better. They will get another order next week and I do recommend this establishment. Not because they were perfect, but because they listened, cared and I believe they will work to make it better. See you next week Five Guys!“

“Every time I visit this BurgerFi location, I’m greeted with such positive energy that it honestly sets the tone for my whole day. The team is always upbeat, friendly, and ready to help — and I have to give a special shoutout to Wade, the cook. He is consistently super helpful, incredibly accommodating, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything comes out just right.It’s rare to find a spot where the service is as great as the food, but this location nails it every single time.
