The food is absolutely amazing.

I personally LOVE the sort of al la carte tasting menu if you will. I love exploring and finding new dishes that I’ve never tried before. I love that I have the opportunity to challenge my taste buds and Chef Alvarez does exactly just that.

“So delicious. A co worker turned me on to this chicken many years ago and I have to get it when I’m in the area. I always get the half or quarter chicken combo with cilantro rice and spicy beans. Amazing! The sauces are so good they should sell both by the jar. I should try something else but the chicken is so good I can’t. Always friendly service too!“

“We went to the location on Gandy Boulevard today. We were just passing by and saw it so looked up the menu online. At this particular location there was a kiosk to order and no indoor seating. There was a taphouse next-door that had outdoor seating so we grabbed a drink and ate our food there. The portions were large and everything was absolutely delicious! I was delighted to find vegan options. Everything was well seasoned and very flavorful! We would definitely come back again!“

“My husband Mark and I are visiting Tampa this week. We arrived Tuesday. After settling in at our VRBO we were looking for some delicious food. Mark loves Italian food and found Vino E Pasta. Mark called and spoke with the restaurant owner and asked if they had availability for 2 to dine with them yesterday evening. We were told to come on in . The owner greeted us when we arrived and showed us to our table. Our server was fantastic. He came to the table greeted us told us about their specials for the evening, took our drink order. He gave us time to look at the menu then took our order. I started with the lobster bisque and it was one of the best I have ever had. For my entree I chose one of their specials they were offering which was lobster ravioli with seafood . It came in a pink sauce with scallops, shrimp, clams and muscles. Seafood was cooked perfectly. Dessert was to go and I chose the limoncello cake and it was out of this world. Mark started with fried calamari with fried zucchini and that was phenomenal . For his entree he had their chicken Parmesan with penne al a vodka . His dessert to go was cheesecake. We had an amazing time. Two separate parties in the restaurant were celebrating birthdays. The restaurant staff to include the owner sang to each birthday party. After the birthday song was sung a male staff member got out his guitar and serenaded the birthday gal. When he was done with the birthday party he came over to sit with Mark and I and he serenaded me with Can You Feel The love by Elton John and then a classic italian song. If you are in Tampa you need to find this beautiful Italian restaurant sit down and have the best dinner of your life. Vino E Pasta is a hidden gem.“

“We stopped in here by happenstance for lunch and we’re so happy we did!! The food was SO fresh and tasty!! The Prosciutto panini was so wonderfully flavorful that I bought a second one to go! We also had the strawberry salad, a breakfast croissant and bowl of fruit and ALL were so flavorful and the best part second only to the flavor of amazing goodness is that the serving sizes were enough to pleasantly satisfy without leaving you feeling stuffed!! “Ordered to-go from Liang’s Bistro pretty much by accident. I was in the area and wanted Asian to go but not Chinese or Ramen or Sushi. Limits the options, yes. Went here hoping it was more than a typical Chinese takeout shop. It turned out to be a bistro, as it is called, with a pretty and warm interior, table-side service and an impressive wine storage along one wall. The restaurant features an open kitchen with a large but not overwhelming menu. I chose yellow curry chicken, Thai basil with tofu and a pad Thai dish as well as shrimp lettuce wraps. Everything was delicious even though it was an hour before I made it home for us to eat dinner. What I like best is they do a little of everything - Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese and even noodles and poke without offering so many of each kind that you know it’s going to be awful. The manager took great care of me, mentioning that this is their second location after a long stint in Tampa and that the business is owned by a Chinese individual who is adamant about serving Asian food, rather than just his country’s dishes. I liked it and look forward to taking my family and friends. Feels comfortable and is affordable. I spent $62 to feed four people and we have leftovers in the fridge.“
