“I entered 25 minutes before closing tonight (12/10/24) and quite literally had some of the best service I have ever had at any restaurant, ever. Whoever the lady was working tonight, thanks for making my night. The food was delicious, but the variety of hot sauces and the super friendly smile/service was incredibly appreciated after the long day I had. Got to my hotel and ate 2/3 of the flautas in about 10 minutes with multiple hot sauces and queso. Thanks again mysterious kind stranger (who deserves a huge raise, promotion, and more), and hope you have a great night/week ahead!“

“We got it to go for dinner and it was excellent. We got a bangin chicken burrito, bangin chicken quesadilla, chips and the beefy queso and the cookie dough thing. Food was great and the lady working up front was very nice.

“Hi guys, this is Jeffrey. I thought I’d write a review on The Tijuanas at Fowler Ave. I wanted to say that I have been attending Tijuana Flats since 2004 - Present. Also they were I believe just becoming popular. Let me tell you this….the place is off the chain with service and excellence in prices menu options, cleanliness music lights and so much fun. It’s like a Disney World almost lol. Great Food awesome service and really feels great indoors bc of the cool temp AC on a hot day esp. Highly recommend Wesley Chapel but First and Foremost the Fowler Avenue location because the staff and comfort of the welcoming and inviting atmosphere is unmatched and second to none. My fav place to go for any meal hands down. Thank you Lad’s and Ladies for making my Tijuanas Experience unlike any other Restaurant Experience ever. ❤️❤️👍👍🙌🙌“

“Went to the Summerfield one today, last day for the 5$ burritos!!! Well we walk in I sit at the table with my 3yr old my husband and other kids are almost ready to order and I see the lady at the register wearing gloves messing with the trash can, broom, dust pan, picking up trash off the floor all while helping them make orders touching people’s food touching chips making food behind her on the grill all while wearing the same gloves she was just touching the floor with!! Disgusted!! So I tell my husband she’s not to touch my food!! Then she proceeds to take cash and give people their change with THE SAME GLOVES!!!! Like I’m done we walked out and will NEVER go there again! Drove all the way back towards Bloomingdale and the cleanliness that we as customers deserve!!! I DO NOT recommend this location to anyone!!!!“

“I had a big order and one of the servers helped me out to my car. I thought that was very nice. Everybody's food order was completed correctly and everyone was pleased. I ordered for 15 people in my office and was nice to be able to label each food item by person's name too.“

“It's rare I leave a review for a fast food restaurant but tonight I have to. Came by at about 1:45am sat at the drive through for a minute and a guy called me to the window. The gentlemen (forgot to ask his name) explained the system was down and that the GM told him to close up shop for the night. The guy, instead of just turning me away which would have been fine, says he can give me what they have left. I just worked a 12 hour shift so I was taking anything he had happily. This is the true definition of hospitality, he didn't have to, but chose to make the best of a bad situation and go out of his way to make sure I didn't leave empty handed. I just want to say I truly appreciate the gesture. This guy deserves a promotion, or a raise, or at the very least some kind of recognition for his service to the guest. Sorry I didn't catch the name but man I can't say enough for what you did tonight. Thanks for making my night and from now on this is my go to spot for my Beefy 5s.“
