“This is the second time we have come to Chili's this month and both times have had excellent service with Derek.
Our food has been wonderful!!
It has been served promptly and hot.
We live close by and it is nice to have somewhere to come that you can see consistency and have pleasant people serve you.
I would like to let the manager know how helpful Derek has been in explaining different items on the menu and not making us feel rushed.
He is definitely an asset to your team.

“We come to this location at least one or two times a month. Typically our server is Noah is our server. He's absolutely 💯 amazing. He's one of the reasons why we come back here. He always makes sure we have full sodas, extra napkins, and our order is right the first it comes out.“

“I went to the Tijuana Flats at 944 4th St N in St. Petersburg, FL. The food was great and the service was excellent! Three times while I was eating, staff asked if I needed anything or refills. Keep up the great work!“

“visited Torchy's St Pete today, loved it and looking forward to the next visit. We sat at the bar and Will & Tom took great care of us. we have, queso, guacamole and salsa to start. Chips were fresh and tasty as were all three dips. Torchy's has a good variety of Tacos that are flavorful and different from other restaurants. I highly recommend it.“

“Daelan & Kadyn & Maddy They were absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was incredible. Everyone had such amazing personalities and genuinely made us feel welcomed. They constantly checked in on us to make sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the drinks were amazing! I gave you 5 stars for food and 5 stars for service. No I didn’t follow suit on atmosphere, but you’re right- 2-Stars overall was not reflective of food/service- sorry. I don’t come for your pure margaritas or the $1.75 beer, but I’m sure the 39+hrs of happy hour makes many happy. I do spend ample $ on food/booze though. I did changed the overall star rating. I must be the only one that doesn’t like to hear myself chew. It was SO quiet in the restaurant …. ? Still love your food and bartenders…

“The entire staff works hard here! Clean interior, very clean bathrooms that smell clean, excellent consistent quality. Liz walks around and checks on every customer and works behind the counter.
