If you want the best experience here ask for Brent he is a professional mixologist and it shows! We are traveling out of state and live close to DC this rivals some of the best Michelin restaurants. When we come to town this will be a constant stop for us moving forward.

Chopped steak presentation is wrong. Protein served in a soup bowl sitting on top of mash potatoes. Should include a vegetable.

Had a great experience at Chop House at Lake Sumter. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service really stood out. Victoria was our waitress, and she was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish.
