??? Didn't this place close? It's supposed to open under new ownership next year? ???

Tried this venue for the first time this evening. Prompt friendly service. I had the lamb burger with fries ($19.95). Wow. Just enough funk to make it interesting without being overwhelming. The creamy blue cheese and blueberry chutney complimented the lamb nicely. The fries are excellent. Enjoyed a perfectly paired glass of Hartford Court Pinot Noir ($14). Daughter had a grilled cheese and fries ($10). Wife had a veggie burger and Brussels sprouts ($20.95) along with a glass of Roederer Brute ($10). We are already planning our next trip back for date night. Highly recommended.

I had lunch here with a friend and will never go back again nor will she. While the staff was very nice to us, our waitress’s knowledge of food was seriously lacking. For example, she did not know that a chicken breast is white meat whereas the thighs and the legs are dark meat. Our Caesar salads were served with chopped up chicken thighs and we questioned whether they normally do not use white meat. She was dumbfounded because she did not understand the question. By the way, these Caesar salads were $17.95 each. The coffee was not very good. And the restaurant was fairly empty.

We were anxious to go to Farmshed to see how the reviews had said it was a good place for dinner. It was very disappointing dinner. We ordered a hamburger and a lamb burger. Both were dry and overcooked and the lamb burger did not have much taste of lamb. Both were badly overpriced for around $20.00 The blue cheese extra charge was ridiculous, hardly apparent on the hamburger. Was never told that there would be an extra charge by the server. Would not recommend this restaurant as overpriced and poor quality food

I went here with very high expectations and wasn’t nearly as impressed with the overall meal compared the the end bill. We got a ribeye which was good/ok, but extremely fatty and was cut up in strips which I thought was really odd, a bacon cheeseburger, and an order of macaroni and cheese and the bill was $87. I might have given a 5 star review if it was more reasonably priced for what we got or if it was really and truly amazing food for the same price, but it just wasn’t either. Probably won’t return but I hope for the best for the restaurant because I love the concept.

Really great food! The Server suggested the burgers- probably would not have gotten one but oh my goodness- I had the one with extra bacon and a fried egg- cooked to perfection! My sister had the lamb burger and couldn't say enough good things about it- mom went for the toasted cheese with bacon and sour cream- we all had fries and they were fabulous-Hot and crispy. Had a specialty cocktail one of the mules? Wonderful- topped off with outstanding service- truly enjoyed it!

We are so delighted to find a new restaurant that offers high quality, delicious food with excellent service. Oh my gosh the house made pork rinds were to die for! We loved how they were still crackling as we ate them! We had the burgers which were fantastic. What a great experience and we will be back. Thanks Jamie for being such an informative sever!

Best burgers in the area by far...creative toppings, great fries, and an upscale beer and wine list.

Farmshed prides itself for using locally grown and farmed ingredients and boy do they deliver....... Having tried all or at least most of the restaurants in the Villages this one in my opinion dwarfs them all..... The decor is linear and clean cut but tasteful.....a big lighted display that commands the room says Diner but that would not describe the food here ... I started with a creamy half ceasar salad that was crisp and very tasteful. I had the grilled Ribeye steak and replaced the fries with Grandmas roasted potatoes and now I will probably be looking to find the way to her house to get me some more..... The steak was cooked to perfection and had that distinct taste of free ranging cattle(I might be getting a bit lyrical here)..... The service was impeccable.....my servers name is Sara and I recommend you ask for her if you decide to dine here. Always there but never pushy.....anticipating my every need during this restaurant experience. The manager Naomi was hands on and came to the table to check if all my needs were met...... Being European and having had the opportunity to wine and dine jn fantastic places all over the globe I strongly recommend everybody to give Farmshed a try. You will not be disappointed!!!!!

If you are gluten or dairy intolerant, or just want good quality food you are in for a treat. No cross contamination. Our waitress was extremely helpful in explaining about food prep and cooking. Our guest usually can't order much from a restaurant due to allergies. She ordered the lightly fried shrimp and FF. Said it was amazing, and best of all no allergic reaction. Everyone at our table was pleased with their food. We ordered burgers, chicken, shrimp and sides. The menu is limited, but very tasty. The owners buy a lot of their food locally to insure freshness and quality. Everyone in our party said they will return.

Not your average bar food quality. Top notch grub. Go there. You will be glad you did.

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Our waiter was great! He was attentive and brought everything and ordered. The food was ok but overpriced. The ribeye steak had a lot of fat and was a little tough. Main side for most dishes were fries which seemed odd given the prices. The half garden salad was good. Overall nice but worth the price given the food quality and the limited menu selection.

Food is always amazing. Sometimes we go just for piggy chips (our fave) and cocktails. We love Shari and Mia, they do a great job. Favorite dinner is the filet! Only issue we’ve encountered is low staffing, like most places so we’ve noticed wait time and people waiting be seated have turned around and left…never seen a manager, that we know of, present.

Food was tasty with some interesting flavors! Brick chicken, lamb burger and pulled pork..everyone was happy. Fries were excellent! They need more choices on the menu but we all loved are dishes. Will go again.

First time being here. The four of us. Concept is lovely-supporting local ranchers, and local growers to make sure everything is as close to peak of freshness. And man, it was lovely. Three of us had burgers and the other has a veggie burger with a gluten free bun. Two lamb burgers—cooked perfectly. The blueberry chutney was just a LITTLE tart, but it can be expected. I had a beef burger-cooked perfectly. Perfect medium. And you can tell the meat was fresh, and not frozen. The veggie burger looked wonderful, and mom approved. We had two half salads—a ceasar and a garden. You can tell that the greens are fresh and that the dressings are made in house. What a wonderful lunch—sat on the patio and heard the band from across the street.
