Tried this venue for the first time this evening. Prompt friendly service. I had the lamb burger with fries ($19.95). Wow. Just enough funk to make it interesting without being overwhelming. The creamy blue cheese and blueberry chutney complimented the lamb nicely. The fries are excellent. Enjoyed a perfectly paired glass of Hartford Court Pinot Noir ($14). I went here with very high expectations and wasn’t nearly as impressed with the overall meal compared the the end bill. We got a ribeye which was good/ok, but extremely fatty and was cut up in strips which I thought was really odd, a bacon cheeseburger, and an order of macaroni and cheese and the bill was $87. Really great food! The Server suggested the burgers- probably would not have gotten one but oh my goodness- I had the one with extra bacon and a fried egg- cooked to perfection! My sister had the lamb burger and couldn't say enough good things about it- mom went for the toasted cheese with bacon and sour cream- we all had fries and they were fabulous-Hot and crispy. Had a specialty cocktail one of the mules? Wonderful- topped off with outstanding service- truly enjoyed it!
