“A group of 4 of us went to Sammy Joe's for the Prime Rib dinner. The food was excellent, the service was top notch with such a friendly & fun staff. The Carmel cheesecake was oh so yummy. We will be back soon to try the pizza bc that looked amazing as well!“

“Great people at Bravo, we are always more than satisfied with everything they serve. I’m a New York Pizza guy and find Bravo to be close to some of my favorites back home. The complementary Garlic Knots with my first draft beer the best!!“

“Dined in today, 2-1-2026, for lunch. It was 38 degrees outside and so cold in dining area that we and others patrons had to wear our coats. You need to provide a reasonably comfortable temperature for dining. Refusing to turn on heat is ridiculous. We were told the manager won't allow heat to be turned on because it'll smell like it's burning and the fire department will come. Seriously! Manager, let the staff turn on the heat. They are cold too. You really need to do better and consider patrons comfort.
The food and the service at this location is very good. It's only the freezing dining room I have an issue with.“

“We gave our name and were told, “30 minutes.” After one hour checked and were told, “7 ahead of you.” After one hour and 15 minutes were told, “2 ahead of you.” After watching 4 go ahead of us checked again. Manager said, “ thousands are checking in every day. We’re doing what we can.” After one hour and 45 minutes, and harassment from us, we were finally seated. Very poor experience.“
