“The owner reached out to me personally regarding a store survey I completed to talk to me about my experience from a prior visit. To recompense me for that experience, I was mailed 2 VIP tickets to replace my order. So this time was a redemption visit.

Well let me say this first, I love it when an owner takes the time to personally address a reported issue because it shows how much they care about every customer's concern. So I truly felt heard and listened to.

This time my Mocha Madness with Banana was made to perfection and my Chicken Pesto right and right!!! I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in and every employee, the cashier that took my order, the young lady who made my smoothie, and the gentleman who prepared my flatbread...yep, all three of them, greeted me by my name.

Let me confirm it for you....this is the location you want to frequent. I experienced a completely elevated experience from the time I completed the receipt survey to going back and giving this location another try. It was well worth it 1000%!!!“

Haagen-Dazs makes some interesting flavors. I tried something new, to me, anyway, and I now have a favorite flavor of Haagen-Dazs!
The only thing is, it was just sooo good that I can't remember the name of the stuff! It was something with caramel and brownies and mmm, I'm getting hungry again!
Anyway, if you find yourself there, ask for something that you've never tried before... I'll bet you will find your own new favorite flavors.

“dark mocha freezer....YUM! Hubby being diabetic can also enjoy as they offer sugar free version. So good that I've become an addict (lol)! Not only myself though, my furbabies know when we get to the drive thru (granted one is blind), they love getting their pup cups/ or doggy bones. The employees are the best!
