Square 1 Burgers & Bar

I went to Square 1 Burger & Bar recently. The food was decent—tasty, but a bit on the bland side. The service was a mixed bag. Our waitress was terrible; all she did was bring our drinks, never refilled them, and forgot my beer order. On the bright side, another waiter who helped out was absolutely awesome, and the hostess was great too. It’s just unfortunate that our main server made the experience frustrating, because the food had potential.

The food isn’t so great had way better the burger is dry bacon tastes different pice is good staff was nice but food could be way better than what it is

I had the salmon and it was good. My wife had the Haddock, which was very good. The onion rings were yummy! Our waitress Brooke was great. Will definitely try this restaurant again!! Especially the burgers, they looked amazing. Brooke was also very helpful telling us all about the area

Outstanding, attentive customer service from associates, to include servers Megan R. and Kay Kay. Great team really takes care of you. The burger was dry, the bun dryer. The tater tots were nothing special, not even a cooked / warmed up good. The decor is confusing, mismatched. The bench seat in the booth we sat it sank low ( I'm guessing due to needing to be restuffed) and it put us in an uncomfortable position to the table.( Before you wonder we are not heavy.) I won't be back, I've had better fast food.

After waiting 2 hours for our food we left. The waiter kept saying the kitchen was backed up but there were empty tables and no one had food except onion rings. I was hoping to try the burger but will not be back.

Came in for lunch after hearing they had the best burgers around. The food was good, but the service was the real highlight! Our server, Big A, was incredible super quick with drinks and food, and she kept us laughing the whole time!
