I’m not sure how this place stays open. And I’m never the kind to give bad reviews. But after trying them again. I can say. It’s the worst service, slowest, coldest, undercooked disorganized nastiest place around. You’d get a better burger and fry and fresher too at a late night Krystal or White Castle after every night club closed. This place is the absolute pits. The tables are not nearly full and from seating to first interaction was 30 mins. From order to drinks over 15 more. And then the server completely disappeared. Everyone in the section is baffled. Asking other people how much longer or even for their checks. Do yourself favor. Do not come here. It’s needs to either hire staff or close up shop

Appetizers should be finished before main entrees are served. Food is spot on as always and we would like to take time to enjoy it and not be herded out like cattle.

Awesome server, Big A! She suggested the tower of onion rings, so good! We both had bacon bleu burgers, so tasty!

Just traveling through and this restaurant was recommended and I can say they didn’t disappoint! The spicy pork eggrolls were amazing I also had the Mushroom Swiss burger it was cooked to perfection the taste was amazing! If I could give more stars I would! My waitress was very friendly and did her job well! I absolutely love the theme for the restaurant also!

I was expecting a lot from this place I had heard really good things but the food was not great. The customer service was 10/10 our server was excellent friendly and attentive. I spent $18 on a salmon meal and got served the smallest piece of salmon I've ever seen 🤬 and it was undercooked and extremely oily. Honestly I was sure I was going to get food poisoning from it and did not eat all of it mainly because it was so oily it was grossing me out. My husband ordered the juicy burger and also had the same problem everything was saturated in oil and im not sure why. So all in all we were not very impressed also it was lunch time and they were not very busy. There was a lot of employees not doing much. We haven't decided if we will give it another try it's out of the way for us and was expensive. It was a very cute restaurant and we loved our service but the food being not great will probably have us not going back. It's hard to find good places with amazing food these days which is sad.

Good food. Friendly staff. Slow service at the bar. Seen customer walkout at bar because no one would acknowledge him. They seemed to be focused mostly on the regulars. Takes forever to get check.

The food and service was good, but the atmosphere was personally not the most comfortable. In fairness I was a single guy eating alone, so the occasional stares were expected, but still... Lol.
The table I say at needed serious repairs though, as the bench wasn't even fully attached.
Food was not bad, though a little overdone, and a bit underwhelming personally, though that may be just my biased opinion, having worked in a number of burger joints myself.
