Went to this location today.
Ordered my food.
It was $11.02. Gave the lady at the drive thru $12. She asked if I have 2 cents. said no. she hands me my food and drink and says have a nice day.. um, Where's my change?
she claims I only gave her $11.
I asked her again and she said have a nice day.
this is theft..and Yes, I will be pulling a Karen and speaking to a Manager tomorrow!

Arby's has a pulled pork sandwich that is hard to beat. Excellent taste and meat texture, smoked flavors and a more than generous portions. Eat a lot of Bar BBQ. I don't believe anyone can beat their current sandwich. Definitely won't be disappointed. I was surprised and impressed. Alot more than what I had expected.
Monique Jones is the best manager ever that has worked there i hope they never let her go. Store is always clean and smells good.. bathrooms are trustworthy on her shift. She always makes sure your stuff is fresh. Will always come back on her shift.
