Shiloh's Steak & Seafood is a local restaurant with a great location and good service. The lobster bisque is a highlight, and the blackened scallops are perfect. The atmosphere is pleasant, with a great view. Shiloh's offers the best prime rib you've had in years. The Filet Mignon meal was delicious, cooked perfect. The all you can eat fish and chips is excellent quality. The clientele is nice. The dessert was decent. The restaurant is pricey, but some meals are memorable.
