About Wawa

Wawa is a popular restaurant known for its coffee, food, and friendly service. Many customers appreciate the quality of the coffee, which is often described as better than other places like Love’s. The staff is generally hardworking, professional, and helpful, with employees like Cheyenne being praised for their patience and assistance in showing how to place orders and use the app. The restaurant maintains a clean and well-kept environment, and the staff consistently greet customers with a smile and offer help when needed. Food quality is usually good, with hot, fresh, and well-prepared items. Customers enjoy their experience and rate it highly, often giving a 10/10.

However, there are some issues. During early mornings, customers report long wait times for their coffee, sometimes taking 15 to 20 minutes even with few customers. The night crew has been criticized for poor service and lack of availability of coffee supplies, with some employees appearing unhelpful. Food quality has also been inconsistent; some customers received old fries or incorrect orders, and others warn about food allergies due to the variability. Fuel prices have been a concern, with prices higher than nearby competitors, leading some to choose other options. Additionally, some customers have had disappointing experiences with food items like pretzels and egg rolls, noting that something may have changed in quality.

Overall, Wawa is appreciated for its good service and products but faces challenges with food consistency, staffing, and pricing.
