“Miami's Finest I had not dined at Fiola since April '23, when I gave the restaurant a stellar review, describing it as at the top of the podium among Coral Gables' many fine Italian restaurants. Last night's dinner actually surpassed the splendid meal we had a year ago. It was simply the best meal I have had anywhere this year and was easily competitive with two Michelin starred restaurants I visited in Madrid this past November. Every dish was superlative -- the ingredients and the execution were extraordinary. I had the hamachi crudo, the wagyu tenderloin "saltimbocca" with jamon Iberico and an heirloom tomato salad. I also sampled (liberally) the superb veal milanese, the otherworldly fusilloni with pesto sauce and the truffled corn. My three dinner companions were equally ecstatic. The service was excellent, very attentive and mostly unintrusive. As is usual here, there is lots to choose from on the wine list -- but unlike most restaurants that are in this league, there are excellent choices at a wide variety of price points. We had an excellent Rioja Reserva at a very modest price. I've had three very fine meals at LPM in the past couple of months; the food at Fiola last night was as good or even better, the overall experience is much more relaxed and luxurious and the wine program is much more accommodating if one hasn't recently inherited a fortune, or simply balks at paying absurd markups of already expensive wine selections. At this point, Fiola is hardly a secret, but I am delighted to see that it is not resting on its laurels or taking its customers' loyalty for granted. If I had to recommend one place to dine in the Miami area, this would be it.“
“Don Camarón Seafood is a hidden gem nestled in Miami, and let me tell you, stumbling upon this place was a stroke of luck. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality, setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The star of the show? Without a doubt, it's the sensational soup. Every spoonful is a burst of flavor that leaves your taste buds dancing with joy. It's the kind of dish that warms your soul and leaves you craving more. And let's not forget about Greisy, our server – she was an absolute delight, making sure our experience was nothing short of perfect. What's even better? The prices are incredibly affordable, especially considering the quality of the food. Don Camarón Seafood proves that you don't need to break the bank to enjoy a fantastic meal in Miami. So if you're in the mood for some amazing soup and a memorable dining experience, do yourself a favor and check out this Miami hidden gem. You won't be disappointed.“
“Visited this restaurant on a Tuesday afternoon for lunch. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and felt very welcomed. The entire staff was friendly and warm. The waitress was very attentive. The food was delicious and I would definitely be coming back to try different dishes. I had the chilindron de chivo and it was very tender and tasty. The maduros were perfect.“
“We had a fantastic experience here. The food from start to finish was spectacular in taste and presentation. They are happy to accommodate vegetarians, but they will not be able to help you vegans out. This restaurant deserves its Michelin star without a doubt. I find the negative reviews about food poisoning hard to believe when you account for the rigorous demands of maintaining a Michelin rating. However, anything can happen. The drinks were also amazing! Get the refreshing cocktail with mezcal. It is essentially a more fresh version of a caipirinha with a hint of mezcal smokiness.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian meal is not on the menu, but they will tell you all about it if you ask.“
“I was already in the place this weekend and according to my criteria: The food is 100-100, the attention is 100-150, sufficient availability of parking, the prices are quite affordable, but what I do think should improve is the DJ's repertoire. . I am one of those who believes that when a DJ does not make visitors get up from their chairs, his repertoire does not have sufficient quality. The artist who was (Kate Rozo) spectacular, a nice show and very professional“
“MintyZ is an all vegan dim sum and Asian restaurant. I had their Forest Omakase which is an 8 course tasting menu. You won't leave hungry. The tasty menu began with kimchi which was spicy and crunchy cauliflower. Loved the cantaloupe Tartare with Rice Crackers. If I knew I was gonna to die tomorrow, I would have the cantaloupe Tartare asy last meal. It's sublime. The other tastes included the Cuban corn wontons, prosperity Gyoza and massaman curry noodles. I literally am so full and so happy ?“
“What a wonderful experience! It is truly a "hidden gem" that is ideal for foodies. The location is small and intimate, but the tables are far enough apart that you don't feel like you're eavesdropping on your neighbors. The menu choices are creative and made with fresh ingredients. We enjoyed the bing bread, bao, wonton in brodo, steak and a gnocchi type dish (I don't recall the name). They told us their menu changes frequently, so we can go more often and try new things. Their wine recommendation was excellent as well. We will definitely be back!Parking: We had an early reservation so it was easy to find street parking. There is a garage nearby, but I didn't notice the cost.“
“fantastic atmosphere, even better beer - we stopped in on the night they were having a super smash bros tournament but couldn’t stay to compete): Alexandra was great and hooked us up with a monitor to play super smash bros for a little while before we had to head out!! despite living 1300+ miles away, I know we’ll be back?“
“Food and service is impeccable. The food was delicious. We ordered a variety of stuff and loved it all. Cheese and chips were wonderful. Guacamole is fresh and so good. This blend and fusion is flavors is a must have. The whole restaurant is so particularly decorated and you feel the love in the place. I'm coming back!“
“Doral Yard is one of the best bars in Doral if you are looking for a atmosphere that is both exciting and relaxing. Here is what they do well:- The bartenders are fantastic! (Very knowledgeable on drinks, extremely friendly, and they always make a great cocktail!)- The entire place (even the bathrooms which a lot of bars overlook) is always clean.- Great atmosphere no matter if you go for drinks after work or if its a late night hangout.- Food options are delicious and well priced while offering great variety.I can't recommend Doral enough, its a great option, especially if you are looking for a more initiate and fun experience!“
“I love this place and visit at least one or twice a month. I usually sit at the bar with Yuri, the bartender, or sit at a table with Rosa, the waitress. They both make my experience great and I keep coming back because they have such good service and good food. I hope they always keep those two, they make the environment great.“
“Hybrid House is the perfect spot for anyone who wants to have a good time without leaving Kendall. This West Kendall spot has a great vibe. It's close to my job and home, which makes it a convenient spot to unwind after a long day.The atmosphere at Hybrid House is electric. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the drinks are top-notch. The bar has a wide selection of craft beers. Oh yeah, and coffee too!Overall, I highly recommend Hybrid House to anyone looking for a fun night out in Kendall. It's the perfect spot to grab a drink and enjoy appetizers.“
“I had the pleasure of visiting John Martin's Pub and Restaurant in the city of Coral Gables on St. Patrick's Day. It was an incredible experience. From the moment we walked in, the lively ambiance, complete with a DJ and awesome music, set the perfect tone for the afternoon. The restaurant was bustling with people, and there was a festival happening outside in the street, with John Martin's as one of the main sponsors.Despite the crowd, we were seated promptly and handed the menus. Our appetizers, chicken with sesame seeds and the irish nachos were simply delicious. For our main course , we opted for the Fish and Chips accompanied by fries. Our waitress was exceptional, ensuring that we were well taken car of throughout the afternoon, despite the busy atmosphere.I appreciated the option of both indoor and outdoor seating, providing flexibility for my guests. Additionally, the availability of valet parking or street parking was convenient.I am planning to return and bring my friends and family, it's a fantastic place where you can truly feel like family.Highly recommend!Parking: Valet was $12.00 for the first 4 hours.“
“awesome food and show we ate the pulpo and black rice with also the paella for dessert was the best we got tres leches and crema catalán and the tiramisu everything was great we would recommend Jeremy had our drink mic la tremenda it was great and the red sangria was great“
“This place has pretty good Peruvian food. Their Lomo Saltado and Ceviche Diagnostico Reservado were the highlight of what we ordered. Also tried their Pescado a lo Macho, very tasty with the yellow pepper sauce that I can'tremember the name for. We also ordered the Tacutacu con Lomo (best thing about it is the rice). I had the Parihuela and it was the least exciting meal on our table, I love seafood, and this particular dish did taste good, but it doesn't come with any sides or vegetables is just pure seafood. So I wouldn't order it again. But, that's presonal preference. All in all, the food was good, the portions are huge, great value (just make sure to order from the menu)! And it's a nice place to eat with the family.“
“I love this cigar lounge located in the heart of Coral Gables it is located just across the street from Graziano's Market. The venue is super clean + the servers are friendly! The humidor is good sized and the servers + cigar sellers are knowledgeable + helpful. I love the atmosphere - it just radiates with good vibes. You have the option of smoking indoors or outdoors. I will say, I do not know how they do it but the venue does not smell like smoke even though people are smoking inside. The venue is ample yet cozy. They sometimes have a live musician or DJ. They also have good choices of drinks.“
“Great food, very attentive service and reasonable prices! We were looking for a Cuban meal while spending one night in Miami, and found La Rosa. We had a house salad, the shrimp, and a pork chop. They all had great flavors and husband said it was the best pork chop he'd ever had.“
“This is truly a hidden gem in Doral. Parking is easy and free. Live music on Saturday is nice and entertaining. The food was spectacular and a very good price point. The service was a little slow at times so that would be the only thing I think they can work on. Otherwise the whole dining experience was great! Would recommend and will definitely be back.“
“One of the best food trucks around.I got the chicken. It was great.I recommend them. Next to the gas station.12.16.23:I read some of the negative reviews about size being too small on sides. I understand. Cuban people eat a lot. So, I will listen and make them bigger. Problem solved.“
“Outstanding experience. The servers were super friendly and always very attentive. And the manager was awesome she took pictures of me and my wife. I was recommended this restaurant by a friend and I most definitely can do the same. I will come back!“
“First-time visiting Saturday night. We had a great time! Our bartenders were Diego and Chris and they were amazing. We laughed and stayed until they closed. We had such a great time and will visit again! Highly recommend if you are in the area and want to grab a drink or some food! Diego made me one of the best cocktails I've ever had. Ask for him“
“Great corner location on Miracle Mile with outdoor seating, too. Large bar with TV screens . Indoor seating arrangement was very nice, with all tables being booths. Good music. The food was delicious . Friendly and attentive service. The whole menu was reasonably priced . Altogether, a highly satisfying experience that we will repeat soon.Parking: Paid parking lot right behind Miracle Mile. Lot 3 is accessible from Aragon with a walk thru to Miracle. We paid 9$ for 2 hrs“
“Great new addition to the Coral Way Corridor. Central to Little Havana/Coral Gables/Coconut Grove/Brickell.Parking is easy - metered parking on/off coral way. Restaurant is first come first served, and I've often arrived prior to the rush (Happy Hour) on Thursday/Friday's. Food is eclectic, but excellent. A little sad that the Schnitzel and Ramen were discontinued during the last menu update, but it's all progress.Drinks are great, and complimented with great service from the staff.“
“Came by Lincoln's Beard for a local non profit's event and had a great time. The outdoor area was perfect with a nice breeze and plenty of fans. The event was sponsored by a local seafood mom and pop called Champy's seafood which provided a tub of delicious fish dip which went perfectly with the Holy Smokes draft. Great beer and a great start to the weekend!“
“I LOVE Miami's Best Pizza. Been eating it since the late 1970s. I don't think it tastes quite the same as when they were in their original location. The crust has gotten thinner (I prefer it thicker, chewier like it was), and the pizzas have gotten smaller :/ #thankspandemicinflation. The taste is still amazing but . . . the consistency is also off. Sometimes it's just too dark, burnt spots on the bottom. IDK I think if you go too early, the ovens are still too hot? #speculation ANYHOW. I LOVE it. It tastes amazing regardless. The Staff is friendly and it feels like the old place with the arch and the window and the color scheme. If it didn't make me fat, I'd eat it all the time. Mmmmmm pepperoni pizza grease! The garlic pizza cut in squares is the bomb!Parking: Drive past and pull in on the right for free parking (spaces are marked ("Miami's Best Parking Space")“
“You couldn't ask for a more perfect experience from a place called World of Beer. Tons of taps including my favorite Voodoo Ranger Juicy Haze IPA. The food was incredible! We tried 3 wing sauces and they were terrific but the Spicy Korean was a standout. Great balance of spicy, sweet, and salty - better than ice had at some Korean restaurants! And shout-out to Janet. She took great care of us even though it was super busy. I never waited more than 60 seconds for a beer ? On SUPER BOWL SUNDAY!?“
“Love the food at this charming yet unassuming eatery. Food is delightfully fresh and presented with care and a touch of class. VERY reasonably priced and portions are generous. Highly recommended, you will not be dissatisfied!Wheelchair accessibility: Husband is in a chair and we had no trouble with seating“
“Second time going and let me tell you.. I didn't think they could have gotten any better than the first time but boy was I wrong. This experience completely blew me away. From Eddy the server to the food, to the ambiance inside (last time I ate outside) it was all amazing.“
“From the moment I walked in the atmosphere was perfect. Very dim lights, music was polite and proper volume to enjoy as well as talk amongst friends without having to shout. I’m not an avid smoker but, nonetheless Enrique made it VERY easy to make a selection amongst the wide variety of cigars they have to offer. Enrique made us feel at Home. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. From the cigar selection to the drink selection. It’s as if you saw an old friend that knows exactly what you want without knowing eachother. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend this spot.“
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I can't rave enough about my experience at Pokekai Doral Yard! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The ambiance was vibrant yet cozy, creating the perfect atmosphere for a delightful meal. Now, let's talk about the food – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented! Every ingredient in my Brie Paradise Poke Bowl was top-notch, from the shrimp tempura and brie cheese to the crispy coconut flakes mixed with mango, scallions, plantains, avocado and perfectly cooked rice. Each bite burst with a symphony of flavors that left my taste buds dancing with joy. What truly sets this place apart is their attention to detail and commitment to quality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my dietary preferences were accommodated, and their passion for serving delicious, healthy food was evident in every dish.Whether you're a Poke Bowl aficionado or trying it for the first time, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!“
“My first time dining there was yesterday for my sister's birthday celebration ? ? and I must say that the fusion food was outstanding and the attention to detail on the service was genuine. Moreover, the portion size of the servings was ideal! Inviting atmosphere both in the part of the staff and other fellow patrons and diners.“
“Absolutely a great dining experience. I can honestly say that one dish outshined the other. I can tell you that you MUST try the crispy rice, like nothing I’ve tasted before.Ambience very nice, cozy, comfortable and tastefully decorated.Bar/cocktail selection outstanding with a very impressive bar as you enter the restaurant and greeted like a family member just entered your house. This will definitely not be my last time at SushiSake Sunset.Congrats and much success.See you soon.CarlosParking: Ample parking and safe“
“One of the original south Dade county dive bars with the best chicken wings. Unfortunately haven’t been in years (long story) but great burgers and for sure wings. Great atmosphere as you’d expect from a local hole in the wall. Highly recommend. I believe sports grill and hole in the wall all started from this joint.“
“Always a great time at la cocina! Took my husband for the first time for some early evening drinks and bites and our bar tenders were absolutely lovely! We tried their croquetas and unlike your tradition croquetas, they were delicious! The ambiance, great and fun selection of cocktails, and service will always have me coming back for a chill night out. Ps. They have Salsa nights on Thursdays and I heard it get packed with salsa lovers!“
“Oh this is the place to be right here. I fell in love with their grilled chicken sandwich and wings. The place is very well hidden in the back of the building which is why they probably call it a hold in the wall because it really is. Service is pretty nice with very patient staff cause I definitely didn't know what to choose cause i wanted everything on the menu just bout lol. I have visited twice so far but plan on going back since it is right across the street. Don't forget to check out those wings, they are HUGE!!!!!“
“I forgot his name but they guy with green eyes ( his background is puertorican) he was very nice and communicative with us, told us about the good areas around and food, he made us a margarita which was very delicious and the food was awesome, will definitely come back for more drinks and food“
“A Miami gem! A whirlpool of characters and vibes gathered for one collective purpose: to forget the outside world. Treat the bartenders well, they are friendly and will look out for you! Particularly a fan of karaoke on Tuesdays and Fridays. Personally, my favorite watering hole!“
“Koko in Coconut Grove, is a place where the flavors are as vibrant as a salsa dancer’s skirt and the decor is more eclectic than a piñata explosion! ? Let’s dive into this fiesta, shall we?1. Grilled Meats: At Koko, the grilled meats are like the Avengers of flavor – they assemble on your plate, ready to save your taste buds from blandness. The chicken? It’s marinated in secrets passed down from ancient Mayan chefs. The steak? It’s so juicy, it moonlights as a watermelon during the day. And the shrimp? Well, let’s just say they’re the James Bonds of the sea – shaken, not stirred, and served with a side of intrigue.2. Argentinian and Desert Decor: Picture this: You walk in, and suddenly you’re in a tango with the decor. The walls are adorned with cool wallpapers and the patio is covered in Cacti. The furniture is that cool mix between modern and old that makes you feel at home. You feel like a rancher and a south beach foodie at the same time.3. Drink Options: Koko takes its drink game seriously. They’ve got margaritas that make your taste buds do the cha-cha, tequilas that make your worries vanish like a mirage, and mezcal flights that transport you straight to the heart of the agave plant. And if you’re feeling adventurous, try their signature cocktail – the “Desert Rose.” It’s like sipping a sunset while riding a llama through the dunes.4. Cool Location: Koko isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a secret hideout for flavor explorers. Tucked away in a Coconut Grove park, it’s like stumbling upon a treasure chest filled with guacamole and good vibes. The palm trees sway to the rhythm of the salsa music, and the parrots gossip about the latest fashion trends.5. Stellar Service: The staff at Koko? They’re like the Avengers’ support team – efficient, friendly, and always ready to save the day. Need a refill? They’ll swoop in faster than a toucan chasing a mango. Spilled salsa? No worries – they’ll summon the salsa fairy (yes, that’s a thing) to clean it up.In summary, Koko is a magical blend of flavors, colors, and laughter. It’s where tacos meet tango, and guacamole meets giggles. So, grab your maracas, put on your sombrero, and let Koko take you on a culinary adventure that’ll leave your taste buds doing the conga. Ole!“
“My partner and I have been building a list of great Happy Hours in the Grove. Botánico has quickly become our new favorite. What makes it particularly unique is the fact that it’s not limited to specific hours or days of the week— It’s ALL DAY, EVERY DAY! My favorite cocktail is the Mezcal Paloma, but equally delicious is The Margaret, a gin-infused twist on the classic margarita, embracing their signature spirit. With the exception of the wedge salad, we usually stick to the happy hour menu for bites. The Choripan, Gambas Al Ajillo, and Tuna Tostadas are our top picks. They’re perfect for sharing, which works out great for us. If you are lucky enough to have Mike as your server, you are in good hands. The atmosphere is al fresco with the entire dining room open to the outside with comfortable couch and table seating. It’s always busy and lively which adds to the enjoyment and experience. I suppose the location is particularly dog friendly as dog owners seem to flock here.“
“There are many dining options in CG, but sometimes it’s hard to find something that doesn’t break the bank with food you would come back for. This was a find. My wife and I live nearby and it’s now an option for a non-extravagant and not too expensive neighborhood dinner for two. Half-price bottles of wine on Wednesdays help. All the food was great, the grilled octopus with the green mole and potatoes was particularly delicious and well made. Some of the staff was new, but they were extremely pleasant and professional. Only not so great detail was the music, it really didn’t go with the green, cosy, laid-back atmosphere and we needed to strain our voices even though it was early and there were few other patrons.“
“From the moment we walked in everything was amazing. We were there to celebrate my father's birthday and the staff made it extremely special. The waiter was so attentive, funny, and made the experience for us. The food was 10/10 delicious. Highly recommend.“
“The place is a little hard to find since there's no sign outside but the waitress was kind enough to waive us down. Food was amazing! I did find a bone and salmon skin on my salmon benedict but nothing to knock down. We had Mia as our waiter and she was soo kind, enthusiastic and provided exceptional service. Shes really the best“
“I love this bar! We are staying at The Ritz for our anniversary weekend and decided to grab a drink here after dinner. This bar has such good vibes, live music, a cozy atmosphere and great drinks. What's better than that!? Hubby got an espresso martini and I got the French 47. It was the most expensive cocktail I've ever had at $36, but so worth it! It tasted amazing! So refreshing and light, I ordered 2 lol. It was anniversary weekend, yolo. Service was friendly and relaxed. So classy and refined. Drinks are more pricey than normal but they are top notch. Hubby said his espresso martini was probably the best he's had in Miami. I loved this spot for a drink. Looks like they have a nice happy hour as well.“
“First off this was the best steak under $30 I've ever had in my life. Also, those beef empanadas are a must have. The food was delicious. I thought they would have more options for meals and appetizers but what they do offer doesn't disappoint. We ordered a few appetizers and entrees and everything came out quick and hot. They have flashy meals and awesome drinks, alcoholic and non alcoholic. The staff was really nice. They had outside and inside tables for eating. We sat inside because we thought it would be loud outside with a main street right there. The set up is nice but it's dated and could use a nice cleaning.Overall I would def come back and suggest Bahama Breeze to anyone out in Miami. Although it's off the beaten path if you're looking to stay on the beach but the trip was worth it. Enjoy.“
“Was here with my family for St Patty's Day. The food was scrumptious, and excellent drinks, service was outstanding. Took a little long for the food to come out but the manager and server were exceptionally generous with us. The only comment I have is about the restrooms, they should probably have somebody check them at least every other hour.“
“Dolphin mall needed a Fat Tuesday! It right in the center, where you can sit and enjoy the music playing. My ultimate favorite drink is the Superman! The drinks are amazing and the combination you can create is endless. The service is amazing, and the prices are decent. Definitely should stop by and grab a drink!“
“I came into bodega on a Saturday night with some friends, expecting a good time, and that was more than met with Paris as our server in the Mezcaleria. We enjoyed our Saturday night talking, drinking, and eating. She explained everything very well, made sure we felt comfortable and knowledgeable. Overall, a great experience; will be coming back.“
“I am so pleased with the work of this company. Very professional. Started when said they would finished quickly, tiki looks better than when it was first built. I wish I had used them to build it. Couldn’t ask for better service from the office, to employees to ownerThank you“
“Amazing service. Very authentic food. ( i know that cause i was born in Peru and my mom and dad made it on a weekly basis) my compliments to the chef. Everything we ate ceviche, papa a la guancaina, aji de gallina, and i think its red snapper. pargo fried fish was excellent. The ambiance and room temp was great. Music was not blaring it was lovely music perfectly relaxing after a long drive. If there where more stars i would give it. Don't hesitate to go to this restaurant its really amazing.“
“Great place to just chill with the boys or hang out. Julian and Tim are awesome and they will create all sorts of drinks that you have never tasted before! The bouncer is also amazing making sure everybody is having a good time in a safe environment. I can’t speak more highly of the whole team! They are amazing! You should visit.“
