I was delighted to see they opened a restaurant in North Miami . I ordered the Taco trio steak. “We live in Ohio but went to Miami for a cruise. We went to the Kendall location one night.....the quesadilla was outstanding! Drinks were amazing and it was the best Tres Leches we had ever had!!! It was so good we went back another night!!! Fingers crossed you open up a location more north. :-)“

“Highly recommend this taco spot. The Birria Tacos were delicious, the meat was flavorful and juicy and the taco had a nice crunch to it. And if you are looking for a drink to pair with your meal, get the passion fruit frozen margarita you will not regret it. The staff was super friendly and attentive. “I found this spot on TikTok and decided to try it with my boyfriend and it truly lived up to my expectations. I ordered the tacos de asada, he got the birria quesadilla, and we shared the queso fundido. Everything was so delicious. The food tasted super fresh, the meat was tender, and the salsa verde had the perfect level of spice for my liking.
We discovered it’s a family-owned business, and we actually got to meet most of the family. The mom was the sweetest, she talked with us for a while and even gave us a flan on the house. And ngl, probably the best flan we’ve ever had. The texture was perfect and the flavor was balanced, not too sweet, not too strong.
They’re currently inside Shoma, but I really hope they get their own spot soon because they deserve it. We’ll definitely be going back. Highly, highly recommend!“

“This place has to be one of the best taco spots scattered throughout Miami. I am a regular here and everytime I come here the staff are friendly, the food is hot and tasty and not to mention their happy hour rocks. I definitely recommend having the Birria tacos. Joel is so kind and pays close attention to each and every order. I love coyo taco 🌮 ❤️“

“La Potranca exceded my expectations, I love good authentic food, I was born in Mexico City and It’s difficult for me to find a restaurant that offers the taste I get when I go back and visit, I’m thrilled to finally find a place in my neighborhood where I can get my fix without all the bells and whistles or fusion with other cuisines. This is as authentic and good as it gets, from the simple way to make a delicious Margarita outside my home. The service is also top notch, our server Eric was so attentive and seamless at the same time. The tacos al pastor and the Carme asada tacos are perfection, the tortas and consomé are also amazing. I’m going back to taste more from the menu and highly recommend that you do the same! The atmosphere is great, cleanliness is also a 10 out 10! This place is MUST go!“

“I'm an absolute sucker for a good Bao bun and this place had everything! We ordered several different flavors in order to sample the most popular options. There was an error with the mobile order, but they were quick to rectify it as soon as I showed up. “This spot is on my way home so I decided to stop by and take some food to go. I ordered a chicken soup and Al pastor tacos. First of all, these are the best tacos I’ve ever had in Miami, you can tell the tortillas are made fresh. I was genuinely surprised because it’s hard to find good authentic Mexican food in Miami comparable to La but this was it!! My mom who I ordered the soup for also said it was amazing and the service was great. Food was ready so quick. Definitely going to come back, I highly recommend!“

I’ve never been and found this quaint little area with food trucks and the burger and milkshake here was divine. There’s a nice outside patio bar five or six food trucks that serve different food. The address is not updated here but they are currently at Miami Luxury Motors. For the latest updates head over to their Instagram @tacoslocosnmore. They do lots of caterings too so they may not be there sometimes, they will update on instagram though It’s worth the wait. Try them! It’s a must!“

“I went for an open mic with a local comedian, and I had so much fun. This is a cozy place with many delicious drink options. I will be honest, I didn't eat much of the food, but the ceviche with shrimp was delicious. The night ended with a live performance by a cuban husband and wife duo who gave us an amazing close to the night! I look forward to going back soon for the one star I'm missing (food) 😉“

“Absolutely wonderful, authentic Mexican food in South Miami. I truly wish I knew the names of the lovely lady who helped us and the chef who cooked our food, because they both deserve a heartfelt thank you. The service was warm, friendly, and genuine from the moment we walked in.
Being there felt like stepping into a real, authentic Mexican restaurant—not one of those so-called franchise places. This is the real deal. I had the burrito (my favorite), and my wife had the taco platter, and both were absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with care.
The place may be small, but it’s full of heart. It’s located in South Miami, right next to the Food Spot that’s been there for years and near a pizza place as well—so you have great choices—but this Mexican spot truly stands out.
Thank you again to the beautiful lady with the black hair for her kindness and to the talented chef for such amazing food. Friendly staff, authentic flavors, and a place I will definitely return to. Highly recommended. 🌮❤️ January 4, 2025“
