I also find that the staff are always welcoming and patient, unlike at the other big burrito restaurant, where they act like you are somehow inconveniencing them by existing.“

“Very nice experience. This was our first time at this location and I was very pleasantly surprised. The place is very clean throughout and very well kept. The place was bustling with customers and yet we were seated right away and a server was quickly at our table to take our orders. I ordered a glass of wine and the steak and chicken combo fajitas. The wine took I bit too long to arrive but the food was served quickly, totally sizzling, and tasty. The meat was a bit overcooked and the tips felt and tasted burnt. The service was great the entire time. Our server, Chris, was friendly, helpful and very attentive. I surely recommend this Chili’s for pleasant meal at a reasonable price with great service.“

The staff is welcoming, friendly, and provides excellent customer service. I especially want to recognize Andrea for always going above and beyond. She consistently delivers outstanding service with a positive attitude and a smile, making every visit a great experience.

She was friendly, attentive, and had such a great personality that she made the whole experience memorable.
